Habitación muy bien; limpia,.cómoda el servicio a la recepción muy cálido, la ubicación de muy buen acceso.

Good breakfast. Room was nice and everything very clean.

I had booked here after days of travelling to relax and catch up on work and sleep....that unfortunately didn't happen. I was woken early in the morning with grinder saws and hammering right outside my door. The whole day, until almost 4pm, a group of workmen were outside my bedroom door working loudly, playing music and causing a huge mess. I had to step over tools and trash when entering and leaving the room. Comments and chattering were made eveytime I did so - as a solo female traveller, I didn't feel comfortable or safe. I most certainly didn't relax.There seemed to be so many men wandering about the hotel grounds. I spoke to reception who quite frankly didn't seem to care. I messaged the property via booking and I'm yet to get a reply. On checkout, I thought they would offer a discount but in fact tried to overcharge. I would not recommend at all.

Pool very heavily chlorinated. Breakfasts small compared with others in Nicaragua ( still perfectly adequate).

Very attractive and staff helpful. Indoor bicycle storage space. Nice breakfast included in price. Shop directly opposite. Only a short walk to the Central Park and not far from the malecón.

Good room, spacious with clean bed and bathroom. Bed was comfortable and AC working perfectly. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. All in all good facility.

Shower could have been warmer. Streets r dark around the hotel when walking at night.

Very good location, reachable by a walk from the main square as well at the lake, it is safe to walk even after dark. By the road but quiet at the same time. Very nice pool, delicious breakfast.
