Great service! The staff was very helpful! They shared a lot of tips and helped us with many little things! I felt really welcomed and taken care of during my stay.

O quarto tem péssimas janelas velhas. Para não substituírem, forraram as paredes com madeira, então é horrível o barulho dos tuktuks, pessoas e frio. Não pude dormir de tampões, porque precisava de ouvir o despertador. O lençol do colchão era velho e o edredão vinha de outras estadias. O chão é horrível, é por isso forreio com o edredom. Optei por dormir vestido. Não consegui tomar banho. O duche é por cima da sanita e é tudo velho. Por fim, aquilo de hotel tem muito pouco, porque é um corredor por cima do restaurante.

Amazing location within walking distance from the Taj and with a great rooftop view of the monument. Staff were lovely! Room was extremely clean and comfy, no noise during the night, great value for money. Food at the rooftop restaurant was great. No complaints, thanks so much for having us!!!

Narrow anf crowdy approach road and no parking facilities, no restroom for driver. The food could be much better and room service should be a bit faster.

No air con, ask four or five time for a remote control to work the air con, and kept giving me excuse after execute and eventually told me no aircon. No hot water, over 48 hours we had one very luke warm shower for one of us Exchange rate gave me one quote and next day reduced it when I went to exchange some money Asked for price of Clothes to be washed and said 35 rupees for small load and 60 rupees for large load, and then on taking every thing down is was actually per item which would have cost over £16 for about 20 items. Restaurant meal service was appalling, we ordered our food and drinks, I got my drink within 2 minutes, but my partners orange juice still had not arrived after 35 minutes, then only half of her meal was delivered and by the time the rest came her meal was cold, nothing was done to rectify the problem or a discount offered off the bill, the meal was cold and unacceptable. Noisy all the time, pips from the traffic all the time until 11:30pm and then the dogs would start fighting and barking all night and just as you think it went quite then the mosque would start blaring out music at 5am for over an hour before the traffic pops were back. We stayed for only 2 nights and left before our 3rd night as we couldn't take any more. Unclean rooms, the bathroom was really bad and dirty over and we found bed bugs in the bed and have photo proof of both of these issues. We arrived after check in time and still waited 45 mins for check in as the room was not ready, really bad when you want to get out to visit things

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting

You get what you pay for. The room is clean and bathroom has a combination of shower and toilet in one. There is also provided buckets for the shower. Location is amazing, literally 3 minutes walk to the entrance of Taj Mahal. The food at the restaurant is also delicious. Would recommend eating here! I would sleep here if you are a backpacker and want a cheap and decent room.

Could have upgraded the bathroom, shine it up a little bit. It is also very noisy from the street.

No TV in the room, huge problems with a water - there was no water in the evening and first day morning at all. AC without controller, so does not work - we had to open windows and there was so many mosquitoes...
