Great location, we walked everywhere!

the room was specious with amazing view but it was not clean , nor the air conditioner was working well . it was a top floor and the room was boiling.

Quite noisy at night since it is in old Batumi

The hotel had me detained by police to extort cash from me. I asked for my credit card to be charged upon check-out, they said ok. The next day at Tbilisi airport, I was told I could not leave the country because the hotel had reported me as a criminal to the police. They forced me to open a local bank account and transfer cash before releasing me. This caused me to miss my flight, and delayed departure 24 hours. I had to purchase a new plane ticket and pay for an extra night of lodging. Not to mention a round trip to the airport, and pay international calls to my embassy and the police to resolve the situation. A REAL NIGHTMARE

Very convenient location, in the area of Turkish influence, with many Middle-Eastern cafes and restaurants. Nice balcony with a bustling street and mosque view. Very spacious room with all the facilities needed.

Some staff members spoke good English, some didn’t, but they tried to be helpful anyway.

The hotel is in a good location, you can reach the center as well as the beach quite easily from there. It was clean, the beds were really comfortable, in the bathroom there were even toothbrushes with toothpaste - nice! We liked the balcony and the street view from there also.

The majority of the reception workers do not speak English, except for one whom we met only the first day. There should be always at least one person at the reception who speaks English. If my mom wasn't able to speak Russian or I was visiting alone, I don't know what I would have done since I speak English only.
