Staffs were excellent. Location is unbeatable. Conveniently having in-house restaurant and bar. The shower and toilet was clean and spacious and new.

It was a three-bed bedroom. I have placed my bags and stuffs opened on the bed I was appointed. I also opened the bedsheets to show this bed is already occupied. Later in the night when I enter the room all my loose items and bags and everything was moved to another bed!!!!! Hilarious!!!! Super rude!! Traveling almost 50 countries never had such unbelievable incidence. Really disrespectful.

Great location next to many restaurants & the bus station. Great value for money. Great room lockers and big beds. Restaurant on site was nice and the back patio was nice. Lio, the person working the front desk, was beyond amazing. Super kind & helpful!

Friendly and welcoming staff for our stay! They were helpful with all of our questions. Excellent location in town. Close to bus station and taxi stand to get us to our needed destinations. Many restaurants and shops within a blocks.

The feeling was like the hostel has been improvised inside a bar, without any appropriate facilities and infrastructures, as should be in the hostels, like a shared kitchen, shared living room, refrejidator, filtered water. 2. The cleanness was very poor: in the shower was a bad smell like in a public toilets, was hair in the sink and the floor was dirty, during the 2 nights that I been there, It felt like the shower wasn't cleaned at all. 3. The room was in the back of the bar, so it was not isolated from the noise there.

Strategic location, comfy, perfect for short stays since place is very quiet, close to the bus terminal, size of room is good and onñu 4 people for room so room-wise one of the best hostel I have been. Also the restaurant has a nice set up and good variety of food or drinks if someone doesn't want to go around the city.

All good, perhaps some activities for people who want to feel the hostel vibe if they stay more days since there is not a proper common area or kitchen but only the restaurant. Breakfast is good , lunch box not as much

I had the double ensuite room ('Denver'). Fair enough room, reasonable bathroom, etc. Hot water in the shower and A/C working just fine. No complaints. - Leo, the young guy at reception, was amazing. He spent a long time answering all my questions (speaks fluent English) and was very pleasant. None of the other staff speak English but were pleasant enough. He was the best part of the hotel stay for me. - Very good location, very close to the bus terminal and with numerous restaurants nearby, and a laundry next to the bus station too.

- It's not really a hostel (although it has dorms) cos there is no kitchen area and no real communal area where people hang out. It wasn't an issue for me, but if you're looking for that hostel vibe, it's missing. - One night I dined at the restaurant and had the Menu del Dia (I forget the Spanish name, but it was beef steak, rice, and fries) and it cost 1,500 pesos which is a good price. This was on a Fri, 13-Jan. On the following Mon, I went back to the restaurant and ate the same dish and this time, I was told it's 3,200 pesos! It was a non-English speaking lady working at the bar, so I paid up of course, cos I don't know enough Spanish to be able to question things, but was surprised why I was suddenly charge more than 2X the price.

Amazing stay. The breakfast was incredible. Staff were so friendly and helpful, gave us loads of info for visiting the falls and also went above and beyond to help when I left my bag in the taxi. Very convenient location too.

There are a lot of great things in this hostel. The staff, everyone is so nice and helpful. It's extremely clean: the beds are made for us everyday! They provide free towel, individual shampoo and soap. It is also secure, has good air con and is quiet. Finally there is a small pool at the back.

The one thing that you must know is that the hostel lack proper common room. In fact it's mostly designed around a bar/restaurant with dormitories at the back. So when the restaurant is open in the evenings for example you have to cross it to access the rooms. It gives a weird feeling of having to stay in the dorm without enjoying common spaces to socialise. There is one small room next to the restaurant where one can sit and work, but it is designed around a hallway so not very homy. So overall I'd say stay there if you need a place to sleep in the evening. It's good value for money. If however you want a place to socialise or also cook, this is not the place.

The. Best. Hostel. Very clean, centrally located, friendly staff. Very comfortable with AC in the room. Staff also helped me book a shuttle bus for just 900 pesos. On Christmas and new year, the owner would come and do potluck with guests. Really great prices too!

When I first arrived, I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. I imagine, however, that this is a general problem in the area and the room was very clean otherwise.
