I was attracted by the design of the hotel when i made the reservation. The hotel literally looks like what it is in the photos. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Lovely building. Very formal.

Pool is small, often busy and once it was closed for cleaning (but we were pleased when staff called our room to say it was ready!) We couldn't open a window in our room to let in fresh air. Restaurant pricey.

I liked the hotel, room, staff, decoration, and the property in general.

The breakfast buffet. There should have been a variety of fresh fruits as León has an abundance of fresh fruit in the local market. Also, a better selection of fresh pastries would have been excellent.

the property was very beautiful and so so peaceful it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself in Leon. it’s in an incredible location, in the middle and close to everything and has the best pizza in our opinion in the city right next to its door. the garden is incredible with fresh fruits growing in the garden and the pool was honestly so soo peaceful and incredible to swim in at night

the location, the hotel is in the center of the city of Leon….you walk out the hotel and taxis are available almost if not immediately, for me that was a big plus.

there was a party Saturday night and I could hear people walking up and down the hallway

Always need to take free food with a grain of salt but the free breakfast was a bit meager. I’m guessing that’s due to the season and the tourism challenges still happening in Nicaragua Also, at least my room didn’t really have windows to the outdoors. It was a wooden door so the street noise was pretty loud

Beautiful hotel with a lovely garden in the middle, central location, great breakfast setting in full view of the garden, friendly staff, (valet) parking on site, comfy beds, big rooms, the overall atmosphere of the place is just stunning

No hot shower, lukewarm at best, also breakfast is a bit much imho

The room was large and clean. The bathroom has everything you would expect in a good hotel. The courtyard is gorgeous!!! Wonderfully green, with a fountain that attracts many birds. Really great. It invites you to rest and relax. The staff at the reception is fantastic. Every wish I had was fulfilled immediately.

The description said 'Very good breakfast' included. Since the hotel costs more than other hotels in comparison, I assumed I get a 'very good' breakfast and was unfortunately disappointed. A breakfast buffet was only available on weekends. During the week, it is served on a plate. Since I do not eat meat, this was rice with beans and two eggs every day. There was also no drinking water in the hotel. I only had it when I arrived on Sunday morning with the breakfast buffet, the other 6 days it was not provided. I had to buy my drinking water. The Wi-Fi was OK, but at some days very slow.

Wonderful location, amazing staff, thoughtful amenities. Their driver Enrique is AMAZING. And helped us get to Leon from Managua, to Flor de Cana, and then on to Laguna de Apoyo.
