Location, Lake view room. Jose, Artur and Jamillah we're all very nice at reception.

No English speaking tv channels. We were watching America shows in Spanish and there was no way to watch in english. They need at least 1 english speaking movie channel at a minimum

Close to shops and restaurants and lake front. Beautiful views.

Nice location very close to the lake. Closed-off parking included in the rate. Facilities were clean. Beautiful view of the lake.

The room was dated, not to say falling apart. Didn’t look like the picture at all (or the picture was very old). Amenities were very, very basic. Breakfast didn’t taste good, neither food nor coffee.

Only a couple of staff spoke English. Hot water & water pressure in the bathroom were an issue.

The location of the hotel is great, a few minutes walk from the plaza and main streets. Breakfast buffet is nice, lots of options. Heating is excellent

Our room was facing the street and people on the street (nightclub) were very noisy at 1-2-3-4am. They woke us up on multiple occasions. Ask for a room facing the lake if you want peace and quiet at night

We got a lake view room which was worth it--beautiful views. The location was excellent--very central and easy to get everywhere. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety (although we personally enjoy more fruit options).

We had no trouble checking in (3pm or so); however, when we got to our room it was not ready--the furniture was up on top of an unmade bed! We went out and walked around and came back after an hour or so and it was ready. Not a tragedy, just an inconvenience. We were there at the end of May and the heat was blasting in our room and couldn't be turned off. Even after someone came and worked on it, it was still pretty toasty in the room. Again, not a tragedy. Both times they were very prompt to fix things and we still had a great visit. I would recommend the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and it's located right in the center of Bariloche, just a short walking distance from everything.

The room was a bit too hot and could be bigger considering we had several bags and not much space to put them but it's possible we may have gotten the smallest one (availability?)

The location is great, right by the lake.

The hotel is very old. The rooms are tiny. Toilet didn't work. No electric outlets in the room. The breakfast is bad!

Great location. Gorgeous view of the lake both from our room and from the downstairs breakfast room. Beautiful and unique wooden ceiling for our room on the top floor. Nice breakfast with great coffee each morning. Loved the comfy common area for hanging out and playing games while looking at the gorgeous lake. so many wonderful restaurants close by. Christmas and New Years was a fun time to be there! And we felt like we really lucked out with this hotel for the first part of our time in Bariloche! I cannot recommend it enough! Great value too!

The walls were not sound-protected well. We could hear people next door talking at normal levels - every word they were saying. Since it was our honeymoon…felt like we were whispering a lot. The staff were nice but kept saying they would help us with things that they didn’t or couldn’t follow through on. Like telling us not to get a rental car from the place next door - they would arrange it. and when we went to check in after a week (when we needed a rental car), all the cars in the city were completely rented. And telling us that they would call a taxi for us New Years Day (“Don’t worry!) and when we came down and I had been really sick and weak, the taxi companies they use were not working that day - which we’d asked specifically about since that had been a concern. That made for an incredible misadventure involving a bus in a massive rainstorm and pulling all our luggage up a very steep long hill to our next accommodations. Little things like that made our stay tougher than it needed to be. But as long as you don’t leave Bitty-gritty details to the staff, they are very friendly and good-natured. One last note - our room cleaner did not stay out of our room when we had the “do not disturb sign” on the knob. She cleaned our room whether we wanted it one or not. And she walked in on us (fortunately not in a compromising position).
