The booking process was easy along with checkin/checkout procedures. Great location. The complex was nice and quiet and the pool was good. The pool house bathroom doors need to be fixed and signs posted that floors are slippery when wet and hazardous The landscaping and garbage outside could have been attended to more regularly. Things needed to be dusted a little better also but floors, bathrooms and kitchen were clean which was a big plus for us. There were plenty of restaurants to pick from and shopping in Saugatuck and Holland with farmers markets. We enjoyed the area very much. Overall, I would recommend this place and would definitely return even though I listed a few negatives.

We loved our stay, so great for families and in the perfect spot for restaurants, shops and activities.

Great amount of space for our family of 4. Full kitchen was a nice feature though we didn’t cook, it was nice to have the option. Beds were super comfortable and the condo was very quiet. This was the first floor unit and it was decorated nicely. The pool is always great and why we come back to this property even though our kids are teens now. We hope to come back next summer!

only issue would be the trash outside we were there from saturday-check out tuesday & there was only one trash bin for all the units at our end to take their trash to more cans needed or trash needs to be emptied more often

We come back to this complex every year. It’s a beautiful setting, quiet and convenient location, the pool is lovely. The setup of the condo is very functional and comfortable.

This property is perfect for friends and family. Located off the road, safe, and clean. It was also close to everything. We had so much fun here and would come back in a heartbeat.

Clean, quiet, easy access, GREAT location!

Our experience was wonderful. Super cleaband modern. Beds a little uncomfortable but no biggie. Close to downtown sagatuck. Corner condo has an amazing peaceful beautiful view of the woods. Definitely come back.

The condo was beautiful and very spacious! We really enjoyed our weekend getaway and we loved that it was doggie friendly! The neighbors above us were a little loud but overall everything was great - thanks!

The condo location in Douglas is just as advertised, close to the big lake, but nestled in town with easy parking and navigation to the many restaurants in Douglas. The lower level condo was spacious, with clean, modern decor leaving plenty of room for our bags and pool toys. Our daughter with special needs loved having her own room and bathroom which was a fantastic size for us to provide assistance.

Our 4-person family stayed and we loved the convenient location, great pool, community atmosphere, modern condo.

Condo was nicely appointed and master had king bed with private bath and our own tv. Unit also has it's own washer dryer which was very nice and a nice patio. Unit was clean although the only issue we noticed is the vinyl flooring had not been mopped recently apparently because when we wiped up a small water spill the rag was very dirty. Cabinet doors throughout the kitchen and baths did not close properly as the screws on the hinges were loose. If I had a Phillip's head screwdriver I would have fixed it myself. Condo complex is well maintained and has beautiful pool and a couple gas firepit which is also a very nice feature. Very nice Restaurant/market in front. Overall, we were happy.

Great location just down the road from Saugatuck. Very clean and quiet. Nice pool. Plenty of parking.

Summer #2, and we just love this place. Condo felt brand new. Spacious, open floor plan. Fully stocked. Pool & Isabel’s right on site. Douglas Beach, Root Beer Barrel, and ice cream / restaurants a short bike ride away. Oval Beach, state park, golf, Saugatuck a short drive away.

Family of five. The pool was great. The management was great. The condo is great. We had a wrap around porch. Our condo was the biggest deck. Beds were so comfy. I especially like the black out shades. I recommend this place. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Check in was easy, condo was very clean. We enjoyed the location with it being so close to Saugatuck and Holland. Delicious little breakfast and lunch place right next door. The unit we stayed in was different than the one pictured (or at least different furniture) but it was still decorated nicely and all very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Condo was well-kept, updated, and immaculately clean. Pool was perfect for our family (2 small children). Location is great- downtown, beaches, and stores are all nearby. Felt like the perfect getaway especially during the pandemic. Loved everything about this place and will definitely return for future vacations!

This property is clean, well furnished, and within a 5 min drive to Saugatuck and Oval Beach.

My husband and I stayed with our 1 year old and another couple. The place was beautiful and for the most part very clean besides the floors being dirty which was not ideal for an infant crawling all around! Only other negative was the check in process, as I was very unsure about how to go about getting in to the condo, but the manager was very good with communication and let me know everything I needed as well as got us in a little early! We had an incredible stay and will definitely be back!!

The unit we were given was large and very modern. The location was super close to downtown and the beaches. However, there were spiders and the floors and dining table were not cleaned properly. There were also no cleaning supplies for us to do it ourselves. However, the property manager was responsive and did what he could to address the issues.

The condo was nice. I would stay here again.

Overall, this place is nice and I would consider coming back. However, the listing I booked included a leather couch and an updated, modern kitchen. The unit we were assigned had an extremely worn in fabric sofa and an older looking kitchen. Not a deal-breaker, but I did feel a bit misled. Other items to mention are below broken into Pros and Cons. Pros: -Washer and dryer in unit that worked great! Very nice to have. -2 king beds which were perfect for 4 adults -Spacious rooms and bathrooms -Full kitchen so we were able to cook meals - enough equipment to cook but had to get somewhat creative. -The pool is heated and nice! -Firepits are pretty awesome and there are several -VERY close to things you need- grocery is 1 min away, downtown Douglas 2 min, Sagutuck 5 min, and a gorgeous street to walk on along lake MI less than 1 mile away -The rooms overlooking the open field did not have much noise at all -Mike and the property management group were VERY responsive and helpful, maintenance folks were helpful and friendly -Very clean unit- I am a stickler for this and was impressed overall with the cleanliness -Comfy beds Cons: -Wifi is SO SLOW it is pretty close to unusable unless you pay for the upgraded one.... pretty misleading. -Zero instructions or info about the unit and amenities were left in the unit.... nothing on the pool hours, or that you needed to ask for a firepit key from the office people (or it just was not left in the unit like it should have been..), what to do at checkout, etc. -The windows in the bedrooms let in a lot of light, which is also a pro, except in the morning when you are trying to sleep... bring eye masks! -Noisey, noisy, noisy! On Thursday night the person below was blaring the TV so loud I could basically hear what they were watching while lying in bed, and then on Saturday night people were out at the pool and on patios drinking, screaming, and partying until like 1 am or later... Bring earplugs! Again, I would consider staying here again and had a nice time.

Nice condo with nice appointments. Believe there should be a TV in the second bedroom and a few more items to help facilitate a beach vacation for out-of-towners. Nice washer but dryer didn’t work.
