Die Wohnung ist im großen und ganzen okay. Mehr aber auch nicht für den Preis.

Wir empfanden die Wohnung als schmutzig. Überall im Bad lagen Haare und auch sonst war die Wohnung ziemlich dreckig. Der Höhepunkt ist aber der wirklich unglaublich nervige Vermieter. Er rief zwischen 5 und 10 x pro Tag an. Meistens nahmen wir nicht ab - wenn aber doch wollte er sich immer mit uns treffen und Fragen ob alles in Ordnung ist mit der Wohnung. Der mehrfache Hinweis, dass wir keinerlei Interesse an einem Treffen haben und er doch bitte endlich aufhören soll uns ständig (teilweise nachts um 00.30 Uhr) anzurufen wurde einfach ignoriert. Es war wirklich nicht auszuhalten.

We had a great time at the apartment. It was clean and comfortable, we had everything that we needed. The terrace is a great value, we had spend there every evening drinking wine with a great view on a pine trees outside the terrace. The location is perfect, close to the ocean, restaurants and shops. There is a free public parking in front of the building, we always had a free space to park the car. The owner is very friendly and helpful, he even took us to see the neighborhood and ocean on his car :) I definitely recommend the apartment! Great thanks to the Jorge 🙂

Lovely, comfortable, peaceful apartment. Easy parking on road outside. Only 20 minute walk to old town or fantastic restaurants overlooking the sea. Good wifi and comfy sofa bed for teenage son. Cool and relaxing balcony. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Exceptionally kind host, who met us on the day we arrived to show us around the apartment and even took us for a drive in his car to show us around Cascais and where the best beaches and restaurants are. He also phoned us regularly to check we were OK. Thankyou Jorge, we had a great time and hope to stay in your lovely apartment again one day

Loved the balcony- can sit and have coffee/tea or just appreciate the sounds of nature! The apt was neat and well kept. Jorge was wonderful with helping us with anything we needed and contactable all the time 😊. Also a small park downstairs for the kids to play.

Nothing really. Just need an extra set of keys so that it's easierto get in and out of the apt. Also a table fan for the room to keep the air circulating when it gets too cold to keep the windows open.

Everything was perfect. The property is in one high class area and everything was nearby. Bus station, supermarket, cafe. The house was comfortable everything was working, very clean with nice view. Didn't expect it to be so good in that price. And most importantly, the landlord was very polite, friendly and helpful. Great man. If I ever be in Lisbon I will stay at this house for sure.

The apartment was fully equipped. The shower was very good-strong water pressure, heated up fast. The owner was very accomodating.

Everything was great! Jorge was an amazing host; kind, helpful and had great suggestions on where to go in cascais. He was also available when ever we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
