The location was great! Jacob was very helpful and communicative. He also talked with the house kipper to check why the apartment was so dirty. The size of the apartment was good.

The bathroom wasnt clean, had a lot of hair on the floor, sink and toilet, one soap bottle that was open and finished, the sheets wasnt clean either, it looks like someone slept there before and it wasnt replaced (hair everywhere). We needed to replace the sheets before we got to sleep.

The instructions were clear and we had no problem. The entrance to the building was not convenient at all and there were no signs directing us where to go. the host at the desk was not helpful and didn't speak English.

Access to the building was very difficult and inconvenient. it would have been helpful to have written instructions in the apartment on how to use the appliances. we didn't know how to turn on the stove. We never did figure out the oven. We didn't know how to adjust the heating and cooling. we didn't know how to operate the television. we called for assistance . Someone came but communication was difficult. Taxi drivers couldn't find us nor were they ever able to drop us off in the correct location because of the poor access. The shower head was broken in one of the bathroom and the toilet seat was loose in the same bathroom. The vanity in the other bathroom was cracked and sharp. There were not enough towels and more ice cube trays would have been nice. The attendant in the lobby was of no use. After nine days they still would help with doors etc.

I would have appreciated some kitchen towels or paper towels as well as some tissues - not a big deal and could be easily remedied. Everything else was very good!
