Esta moderna y espaciosa casa de 4 dormitorios y 2 pisos ofrece una escapada de lujo ideal y relajante, a menos de 5 minutos a pie de la playa de Croyde y de las tiendas y restaurantes locales, con estacionamiento en la calle para 4 autos.

Construida en 2013, esta casa cuenta con 2 salones (para adultos y niños), cocina de planta abierta, cama super king con baño en el dormitorio principal, segundo dormitorio con baño contiguo, dos camas individuales en el tercer dormitorio con baño. Suite y dos camas individuales en el cuarto dormitorio con baño contiguo. Además de una gran bañera de hidromasaje privada, hay una ducha exterior en el jardín trasero; Perfecto para limpiar después de una tarde en la playa.
La casa admite perros, y puede traerlos a £ 25 por el primer perro y £ 15 por perro por cada perro adicional.

Wonderful time in a favourite place - Croyde.
Seascape really lent itself to a great family get together, whilst also affording everyone that little bit of space and quiet.
Everything has been thought about, making this place an ideal holiday home from home. Would definitely return / recommend.

Beautiful house and near beach, but road next to property very noisy, also a working field next door that ploughed hay early morning and night that disturbed us and dogs. Also hot tub was emptied on Friday and gardener came to cut the grass. This took two hours.
Only had half day on Friday due to electric being off for three hours as well.
We enjoyed our stay and had wonderful weather

We had a wonderful Christmas holiday in Seascape. The house is perfect and completely met our expectations. From the wood burner, the well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture and hot tub, it had all the facilities for a great holiday. Would highly recommend and we will be back! Rosie

We loved our stay, the house is in a great location for the beach and centre of Croyde.
Very well equipped kitchen, the welcome pack was much appreciated.
All bedrooms and bathrooms were great, the master bedroom was wow!!
Great to be able to park 4 cars on the driveway.
A bonus to have a hot tub to enjoy on a cold frosty day.

Seascape is one of the best holiday homes we have stayed in. Salton Sands Beach is within a 5 minute drive and Croyde beach is within a 10 minute walk both beaches are fabulous beaches for our 4 legged friends and our boys absolutely loved it!
The house is like home from home and I can highly recommend it.

We have just returned from a week at Seascape and have had the most fabulous stay. We came as a family of 7 and 2 dogs. The house is beautiful had everything we could of possibly needed. Super spacious modern accommodation just beautiful, the hot tub was a brilliant addition to and everyone of us enjoyed it. The location is just perfect too we visited Croyde Beach, Saunton Sands which is beautiful, Ilfracoombe, Woolacombe, Puttsburgh beach, Lynmouth. Guys went deep sea fishing whilst the girls enjoyed the afternoon tea treats in the village which was delicious. Fabulous all round vacation and will most definitely be returning.

We were a party of 6, plus 2 Labrador dogs, and we all enjoyed our stay.
The house was all very clean, and according to the pictures, very spacious with many common areas, but also privacy when needed.
The location of the house was also ideal, just a short walk to the beach and several good pubs, but also very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. We were just a few minutes drive to other beaches, specially Sauton Sands and Putsborough, which allow dogs anytime.
The house is very well set up outside, with outdoors hot shower, excellent hot tub, and spacious outside area.
We hope to come back to Seascape soon!

This property is unusual in that it is better and bigger than it looks in the photos. I find usually the reverse is true.

8 of us stayed at Seascape for 5 nights. There was plenty of room for everyone with very sociable living areas where we really enjoyed being together.
Would highly recommend this amazing house. It is high end and in a perfect location to the village and beach.
No negatives whatsoever.

We returned for the third time this Easter and had a wonderful stay! The house had been refreshed and looked even brighter than usual - lovely and clean and the facilities are excellent. The kitchen has everything you need for meals cooked at home and there is the BBQ for alfresco dining along with the hot tub which makes returning from a spot of body-boarding in the sea a welcome treat! Can't fault it! We look forward to returning!

Centrally located. 5 minute walk to pubs/restaurants and 10 mins to the beach. Hot tub was great and field next to the property gave it a lovely rural feel. So much space for our group and (warm) outside shower was appreciated after our body boarding sessions. Oh, and the puzzles were a great family bonding activity on the less appalling weather days!

Had a great week in Seascape for a family celebration. It’s in a great location as 5-10 minute walk to the beach. It’s a lovely spacious property with secure garden for the dogs and well kitted out with most things that you need on holiday. Hot tub was a nice bonus. Anne-Louise and Paul replied very quickly to any queries we had.

Fantastic size, layout and decor - the master bedroom with balcony is a highlight. Big hot tub and plenty of outdoor dining space. All within 10 mins walk of Croyde beach. We couldn't have asked for more.

Canasta Weekend
We had a fabulous long weekend at Seascape, all be it 2 years late.
The house is in a great situation, and very well stocked. As there were 8 adults I was worried there wouldn't be enough large pots for cooking.
There was everything we wanted and more, very considerate extras, which always make you feel welcome.
The views and local walks were amazing, the wall to wall sunshine helped and we felt we could have been anywhere in the world.
We didn't have any negatives and the only suggestion I have because there were 8 adults an extra front door key would have helped.
We would definitely return.

Great house, great location to the beach.
Plenty of room for the family and a bathroom each.
Great view from the master bedroom of the sea.
Lovely wood burner.
Good walks from the house along to Staunton beach and to putsborough beach along the coast path.
Nice meal in the Thatch pub (sausage and spring onion mash yum)
Hot tub was great too.
Plenty of room in the garden for the dogs and all secure.
Nice box of biscuits left for our arrival.
