Easy to get the key. Plenty of towels etc. I’d move the 5 o’clock sign by sliding glass door to patio higher or on another post. We kept hitting our head going out. Good supplies we didn’t have to buy.

Great spot to vacation at, centrally located just about anywhere I wanted to go was 10-15 minutes away, perfectly convenient and for the price you absolutely can’t beat this deal best on the island the owner was super helpful and recommended all kinds of local spots that panned out great I would definitely come back again , highly recommend visiting the drinking pigs and visiting the tide pools!

This is a cute condo right on the water. Only 10 minutes from the boardwalk in Christiansted. I do suggest renting a car if staying here. Tracy the owner was great and super helpful. We will be back

The location is great, the decor and set up is very lovely. Keep in mind that the only room with A/C is the bedroom. If you are familiar with how housing is in the Caribbean, you will enjoy your stay here. If you're looking for a 5 star resort, you may be disappointed by parts of the building that are in need of some upkeep/repair. But overall we really enjoyed it! And a reminder if you bring in food, keep the counters CLEAN! Sugar ants are pretty unavoidable in the tropics.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The check-in and welcome instructions were extremely clear and easy to follow (for example, she gave details about the number of speed bumps on the street). Tracy provided great suggestions for places to visit while we were on the island as well. The property was clean, everything was as pictured in the photos in the listing and the location was awesome. It was not far from downtown Christiansted and close to grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants. Nice pool on the property and the views were amazing. Condo was fully stocked, AC in the bedroom, celiling fans in both rooms. Lovely place, definitely would return.

We were very pleased with our stay @ Coral princesse condos. The owners, Tracy & Phil, are great to work with & answeres all questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

The condo had everything that we could possibly need. The owners were so accommodating and very fast to respond to any questions. The little patio outside is the perfect place to sit and listen to the ocean. The pool is so nice and open late if you return home late. Wonderful stay!

Nice & clean 1 bedroom. A lot of kitchen essentials are provided. Clean full size pool & well maintained grounds. Cool breezes off the water. Located close to Christiansted, grocery store & bbq. Suggest renting a car to go places, beach & seeing the island.

This is a comfortable unit located right on the coast. The sounds of the surf provide a wonderful background for your stay in St. Croix. The whole property is well-maintained and quiet. The owners are great communicators, and checked in with us regularly to make sure that all was well. We enjoyed our stay!

In St. Croix to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The condo was a quiet and comfortable place to unwind after our daily adventures. Tracy and Phil offer a wide variety of beach supplies and are very responsive. They quickly responded to our SOS in regards to internet and then we were up and running for the week!The condo complex feels very secure, the pool, grounds are very well kept and everyonewas friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful condo with us!

Quiet and cozy little condo. Had everything we needed. We stayed really busy and was really only there at night to sleep. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the island.

We arrived to the condo and it was small but not lacking in what we needed to have a wonderful trip. Enough kitchen equipment for what ever you needed. Full size refrigerator/freezer and a wonderful king size bed. Far enough away from downtown to have plenty of peace and quiet but just a short drive away if you want to partake in the night life scene. The pool was amazing on hot days that we didn't want to bother with rinsing salt water and sand off, but a delightful little beach was just a 5 minute walk away for days that we did! Every part of the condo offers the sweet sound of the waves crashing on the beach and the fresh smell of the saltwater, acting as a delightful song to help you relax on the attached patio at the end of a long day. We had trouble getting the wifi to work but it in the end it was for the better because it allowed no lazy stay-in days. Close to several attractions such as Salt River with their kayak and pirate historical tours of the bay, The Boardwalk in downtown Christenstead offering a plethora of activities, food, drink and adventures to be had! There are so many amazing things to do that made our three weeks there an experience of a lifetime! Take a couple days to get used to the driving but if your comfortable, defiantly get a vehicle so you can visit the many wonderful places of St. Croix. Fredrikstad is a must! especially for the horse riding tours though the jungle, beginners classes for scuba diving at the Fredrikstad pier and so much more! My husband and I are already pinching pennies to try and save for another trip down and we would absolutely stay here again!

Wanted a place that could be home base on our trip to St. Croix and this place was the perfect spot for that. Check in process was very easy and we enjoyed laying out by the pool during our down time. Our favorite restaurants were within 10 minutes driving distance at the Christiansted pier and all the locals we met were very friendly and accommodating! We would definitely come back and have recommended this rental to others since our vacation.

Cute place with lots of love and thoughtfulness put into the well-appointed kitchen, bath, and beach sundries! Had the joy of meeting our hostess, Tracy! She was the sweetest and made sure we had the best stay. Loved the peaceful condo community so much!

Did not sleep in facility. We had problems with the door not closing and did not feel safe so we went to a hotel in Fredrickstead. It ended up costing us more money but it was worth our safety. The place looked totally different in person.

Property is perfect and has everything you need to a relaxing trip to STX. Easy beach access, on site pool, outdoor porch perfect for enjoying breakfast and a short drive to downtown Christenstead.
