The studio apartment is very private with its own deck and separate from the other accommodations. Covered parking is provided. The location is nice for a quiet stay in Pirapolis. Nice restaurants and grocery store nearby. 1/2 block to the rambla. 10 minute walk to beautiful Playa San Francisco. A little over 2 km to the main town of Piriapolis. Owners are very accommodating.

Just really needs some finishing touches to make it more appealing.

Excelente lugar, súper tranquilo y confortable

This is our third stay. As always, the hosts are wonderful people who genuinely care. Because they live on site, it makes it very easy to speak with them should any problem or question arise. We will certainly continue to visit this property in the future. By the way, the view from the balcony is wonderful with a great sunset view as well.

Let's see..."what didn't I like?" :-) I didn't like having to leave! Again, the view...Wow! I would love to have that view every morning with my coffee but alas reality sets in. You can't go wrong staying in this apartment.

This is our second stay at this property. We will definitely be back. While everything is not perfect, the value for the money is very good. It feel very homey in the apartment with very good energy. We feel that the hosts/owners are very good people who are trying very hard to make the property nice. They are both very nice people with warm smiles and a willingness to help out. Could not ask for more than that :-)

Shower needs an anti-slip mat. Kitchen needs proper spatula for flipping eggs and an electrical adapter for the toaster. These are minor details. Both shower and kitchen were very clean and usable. Kitchen had nearly everything you would need as did the bathroom/shower. A mat, electrical adapter and spatula are just small inclusions to help the owners know what they could add. We really love this place!

Superb, quiet location where I could relax. The view from the balcony is exceptional. The apartment is in walking distance to a nice park across the street right on the water. The hosts are very nice people.

I really liked everything. The only thing that was not perfect was the weather, but I had a fine time hanging out on the balcony and watching the wind and the waves during the storm, so it was fun anyway!

Freedom to come and go as we pleased. We had our keys to the place and the entrance gate.

No instructions on water heater that was turned off. Some old, rusty stuff. TV was done for years ago. Impossible to watch.
