The parking: if you move you car in the evening and you come back at night, no parking is available cause the restaurant's clients.

Nice modern room in alpine style, big balcony. There was everything I needed. Location was very good, parking right in front of the hotel. The staff was always friendly.

Sometimes I thought it was a bit cold in my room but maybe that was just my perception. The walls aren‘t very soundproofing.

We have travelled with booking.com for over 10 years, and stayed in Italy many times. Whenever we have booked a property with a rating of 9+ we have never been disappointed. Not his time. The worst part was that we noticed unmarked cameras in the spa area pointed at the jacuzzi. When we asked the staff about them, they kept changing their story - that they were off, or on but only for security. One of the staff started shouting at us and cursing us in Italian, while the rest did nothing to stop him. For the rest, the rooms had extremely thin walls, we could literally hear the people in the neighbouring room just talking in a normal voice. We we left without heating with temperatures of 10-15 degrees outside at night - the staff told us they would put on the heating, and then, without explanation, brought us a domestic blow heater - the staff himself told us to keep it away from the curtains because it could cause a fire. Then he proceeded to explain to us how to use the hair dryer in the bathroom to heat the room. It was very surreal, and by far the worst of our many stays all over Italy.
