The room is nicely prepared for 3 pax and the hotel personnel are quick to answer my questions prior arriving ensuring that I booked the correct room. Is a boutique, small & cozy hotel to spend your time in the room and have some family time. The hotel is located at the Chiang Mai old city and is convenient to walk a little to temples and even restaurants. One of the nights I grab food and it was a recognisable place, so thumbs up. And we had tour packages and the picked up from hotel is smooth without much problem too!

We arrived a little earlier than check-in time and got to wait for quite sometime, it would be better if the reception could give an estimate so we can go out and come back rather than keep waiting because we heard - wait just a moment but that took over 45 minutes.. If you come with old folks, you have to really use grab or tuk-tuk to come back to the hotel or else it would be too far to walk.

A great location, comfortable rooms, comfy bed, good shower and plenty of toiletries provided. Very nice & welcoming staff. Loved the mini pool bar with complimentary drinks and snacks, very convenient to stop by and refresh yourself afer a long walking in the city :)

We really enjoyed our stay at El Barrio Lanna. It is a small hotel in the middle of the old town. The hotel’s staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was wonderful, and our room very nice. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quite. The breakfast was also very good.

Great options for breakfast. A good selection of Asian and western dishes. Staff were always friendly and welcoming :) from the security waving and saying good morning/goodnight every time we walked in and out, to the housekeeping staff who were so respectful and accommodating. Staff at reception were always so helpful and warm. The restaurant staff surprised me with a cake and card on my birthday (without anyone in my group telling them about it)! It was such a special and thoughtful gesture - really appreciated and made my stay in Chiang Mai that much more memorable. They knew who we were by name and always made an effort to greet us and ask us about our day - and this makes all the difference to a guest when you’re visiting another country. Thank you everyone! Exceptional service and a beautiful hotel ❤️
