Great spot to bring your family! Spacious with plenty of rooms to sleep many. Kids loved the hot tub. The owner was very accommodating and responsive to our few request during our stay. Would recommend for sure.

This house was perfect for a trip down to bend with some friends. It was very well equipped and spacious with board games to play, a lot of pillows, blankets and extra beds. The back yard was a great place to hang out with the nice weather, more than enough chairs and tables outside. The house isn’t too far from the activities you would want to do in bend or Sunriver which is nice. David the host was awesome, he was very nice and communicated great! Thank you so much we had an awesome time.

The house was spacious enough for all of us. There were a ton of beds/cots to sleep on. I liked that every room had a king size bed. The kitchen was great for cooking. Thank you for accommodating an early check in. There were some things that definitely could be improved on. The water pressure in showers was non existent. There was not enough hot water for the number of people staying there. You could use more mirrors, like one in every bedroom so that people can get ready in various places. You could really use another bathroom in that house. There should be hooks by the front door for people to hang coats. There should also be hooks on the back near the hot tub for people to hang towels. There was no way to fill the hot tub up, and I think the chemicals should be checked between each stay....it was foamy and kinda gross.... There are way too many appliances on the counters. Like two coffee makers...leave out one and everything else in the pantry. People can get out what they need. I would synthesize all your plate/cups etc...very random and it was all over the place. We did resist reorganizing but it was a challenge...There should maybe be plastic wrap and/or more things to store extra food? People maybe steal so that could be a thing too. We also thought it was weird that left over food was in the pantry. That's kinda gross and made unpacking our stuff a challenge. We loved the empty fridge/freezer and would've loved the pantry to be empty too. Having a foosball table and no foosball was a bummer too...but I'm guessing people take the balls? Also, gross to have slippers there for people...I know you don't want people walking in shoes in the house but I can't imagine people actually use those slippers and they took up a lot of room for where we could keep the shoes we brought.... There was a lot of junk in the garage seems like it should be cleaned out. And a fence around your property would be nice.

The house was the perfect size for the 12 of us. There were more beds than guests. It was a great location to town and enjoyed the extra amenities the house had to offer.

The property is located on the south end of Bend just a stone throw from the Lost Tracks Golf course. We stayed for a few days to play a lot of golf so it was a convenient location for such a trip. The home is very large and can sleep a considerable amount of people, it is clean and the host David was very responsive for any questions or concerns. I will certainly keep it in mind for the future!

This is a great house! We had 12 people with us for a couple birthday celebrations and there was plenty of room! It turns out the description is a little off. There are actually 4 king beds upstairs, a full bed downstairs plus the bottom bunk bed room. There are also numerous hidden pull out beds throughout the house for even more friends. The location from Bend was excellent. Quick drive up the 97 to downtown. Plenty of parking. Would recommend a privacy fence be built but no one ever bothered us while we were in the outside hot tub. The price was very reasonable. We did late night karaoke and the sound did not travel outside. The owner stayed in contact with me during the entire process and answered texts or emails within minutes. Check-in and check-out were a breeze! We will stay here every time we rent a house in Bend! Thank you David for a fantastic house!

This house fit our large family perfect. Plenty of room for for kids to play inside and out. Communication with manager was quick and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

The owner made wonderful ADA appropriate accommodations for me..put a step to get in a bed, a grab bar on a tub! He responded almost immediately to my queries…plenty of seating and beds for all and we didn’t feel crowded when all together in the home. The rugs downstairs are tired..but I see that in most rentals. Altogether it was a wonderful time with family!

We enjoyed our time in Deschutes River Woods. Plenty of room and amenities for a large group. Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores and convenient location for traveling and sight seeing in the area. I would highly recommend.

Great House!

Lovely little home in a quiet neighborhood about 1/2 way between Sunriver and Bend. Has a jacuzzi, ping pong table and foosball which the young adults in our group enjoyed having. The house is HUGE with enough beds and kitchen paraphernalia to accommodate the whole crowd. There were 15 beds plus a crib that we counted and I’m sure the house could accommodate more if need be. David, the owner, was great at communication and any time we had an issue, he took care of it practically before we even finished the conversation.

I loved that the house has 4 king beds and 1 queen bed. The house and bedrooms are spacious. The house was clean and the property owner was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

We had work meetings in Bend and this home was perfect for us! David was easy to communicate with, the house was clean, and it has large bedrooms and plenty of couches.

We had a fantastic stay. There was plenty of room for 15 of us to sleep, and the kitchen was well stocked with any equipment we needed to cook.

House was spacious and very comfortable for 11 of us! It has a hot tub, which is a plus. Easy access to lots of Bend and Oregon adventures!

This was an excellent facility for are recent family reunion in Bend Oregon. We were easily able to sleep 14 members of my own family and host more than 20 members of extended family at a Saturday night barbecue. The house was clean and neat.

The house is VERY nice! You would have never known any one has stayed in the house really! Owner was easy to deal with as well! Would definitely book here again!

This house was amazing. Exactly what we needed for our group to stay in Bend and close enough to downtown that it was just a short Uber ride away. Had plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out, eat, and enjoy. Would absolutely stay here again.

We have stayed here twice and it lived up to our expectations. The location is easy to get to from 97, then it's a 15 minute drive to both soccer complexes and 5 minutes to the Old Mill district. Can't say enough good things about this place. David gets right back to you if you need anything. Thank you again for a great stay.

We had a great time in Bend and this place to come back after a day of fun was superb. Tons of space, nice upgrades, and so close to Old Mill and downtown. Highly recommend. Working with David was easy.

Great home and easy communication with owner.

Can't say enough about this home, master suite could sleep 5, kitchen and living space perfect for 10-14. Beds were very comfortable and so was the living room sofa couch bed. We would definitely go back.

We had a great weekend. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. It is also in a great location, close to stores, old mill, and old town Bend.

We brought out coaches to stay at this home for a weekend and loved it! Great location, close to the fields, comfortable stay and the owners were very kind and did everything they could to make out stay a great one! Definitely recommend.
