Parents with small kids are allowed to wreak havoc at the pool. perhaps consider limiting kids at the pool at certain hours only?

I thought that our bathroom was with jacuzzi bath.

The only good thing was the staff which were extremely nice. Especially Christian. But that is the obly reason why I didn't give the hotel the score 1

We came early on our check-in date and the room wasn't ready which is fine. I asked the staff to call me and I didn't recieve any phone call. Secondly, we asked for towels in order to go to to the swimming pool and we were told that there is no one in the hotel to give us towels, even tho I told the recepionist that I can get it myself, he told me he will call me and let me know, but no phone call was recieved.. Next, the cleaning was horrandous.. the bed was full with hairs and there was a hole in my blanket cover. Lastly, the location is far from everything in Brasov, I had to use uber to get to everywhere..

The quality of breakfast was not good. It would like to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms. The walls in the rooms were dirty and not of good quality.

Breakfast good, not much variation but tasty and certainly enough to start the day. Hotel restaurant is expensive but provides an overall good experience. Hard to go by foot to city centre, the path is on the road and very steep, taxis are cheap if you manage to get an honest one.

air conditioning was not available during wintertime, and the room was hot. fortunately, it was very cold outside and opening the porch door helped us reach a manageable temperature. Breakfast is poorly staffed, so what you get is kind of a matter of luck

Amazing breakfast, cool pool and sauna, comfy bed. The elevator was a nice touch, you can have a view of the city at day and night. The restaurant had an amazing food, everything we ate was delicious.

The place is quite far from the city, you have to walk to the city center. No convenience stores in the area.

- Right next to the hotel there is an event hall, where you also have your breakfast. The parties are loud and go until 00:00. Avoid this between Thursday and Sunday - Inconvenient parking ( I couldn't park my car as an hotel guest during an event!!!!) - The city center isn't that close but not far either - Heating wasn't working and I had to speak to them 3-4 times to make that happen - Very small bathroom

Nice sized room with good view Location of the hotel.

Room, quite comfortable, bathroom, massive. Lovely views. Staff, very good, breakfast, quite varied & lots of it but things kept moving about, cooked food was always almost cold. Sister hotel, 50m away has an A La Carte restaurant with a very good reputation which we found is justified. Prices not much above town eateries

Hotel is above Brasov (which we knew) but to walk down is 20min on a 45degree slope & 30min to go back up, so taxis each way, every time. The hotel is described as an Events Centre and yet there was NO BAR anywhere although there is a Lounge area with the furnishings of a bar but no drinks or glasses. No tea/coffee facilities in the room so, nowhere to go & socialise (our group was 18 strong) unless we went to town (see above). On top of this, on 3 consecutive nights they had wedding receptions with lots of people milling about so we were restricted to our rooms or had to go to town. All for 680Euro for 7 nights B&B.
