So clean! Really appreciate the fun we had watching and playing pool. Although it's tucked away in a neighborhood, it was very quiet. They had everything we could have wanted. We will be back!

This was our second stay at this property, which is truly a "home away from home." It is spacious and well appointed and in convenient location. It's in a quiet neighborhood and boasts a nice view of the river, with wildlife and pleasure boat traffic. We hope to return in the future to this clean and comfortable property.

Property is located close to just about everything that Port Huron has to offer. Off the beaten path, yet close enough to shopping, eating, and sightseeing.

What a great property! Everything was perfect! So happy my son and I chose to stay here instead of a hotel! It made our weekend so much better!

Property is well maintained, both inside and out. The check-in process was very smooth and any questions that you may have Mike, the owner, was more than happy to answer them. Property is situated in a very nice neighborhood on the Black River but also close to shops, restaurants and of course Lake Huron. This was our first time traveling to this part of Michigan and we will definitely be back and this will be the property that we look to stay at next time.

This well kept, efficiciently appointed and super clean rental was perfect for our needs. Fantastic value for a "home away from home." The landscaping complimented a lovely river view. Other than a few pleasure boats passing by it was very quiet and peaceful. Truly a hidden gem. Contactless check in and check out made the process super easy. We hope to stay here again for future trips to the area.

Located on a small body of water with a lot of wildlife, near the marina. Saw lots of water activity with boats coming & going. Very comfortable and and conveniently located for doing day trips, no matter what direction you might choose to go! Loved it..

This was my second time visiting here and it was another fantastic stay. Thanks for your hospitality, Mike, and for sharing your place. Everything was clean, neat, and well organized. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed and there were essentials in the bathroom if necessary. We will definitely stay again.

2nd year in this VRBO and it suits us wonderfully. They have it stocked with all your needs and view is amazing.

Great 2 week stay. The Condo is tastfully decorated and very clean. Everything you need is there, just bring in your suitcases and you are home. Mike is an excellent host. The view of the river is excellent and the location makes it easy to go anywhere without a hassle. The pool table was an added bonus for us as our grand kids loved it. We would return here in a heartbeat.

Great place to get away for relaxation has everything you would need!

Although the property is tucked at the end of the neighborhood it is clearly marked and easy to find. There is a welcoming feel when you open the door to this spacious condo. Extremely clean and well appointed. The smart TVs are awesome and easy to link to your accounts. Internet is great. The bed is very comfortable. The showers were great with plenty of hot water. The views are beautiful. Although you can see the highway at a distance nature wins. It's so easy to watch a Blue Jay or Duck and forget all about the freeway. The pool table was a lot of fun. Why stay at The Holiday Inn when you can have a whole condo with a water view for the same price. Bravo Mike!

My wife and I typically rent twice a year through VRBO. We have stayed in many wonderful places- however the attention to detail and making ones stay as stress-free and relaxing as possible was unbelievable... This place had everything I could need plus some. We truly just kicked back and relaxed and enjoyed a wonderful stay.

I would highly recommend this property! The owner, Mike, has truly thought of everything. I have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one far exceeds expectations in all aspects! We plan on staying here every year at this time.

My friend and I rented this property for 3 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is so convenient to downtown Port Huron, local beaches, shopping, restaurants, and so much more. The property is right on Black River with an amazing view from the couch, master bed, or from the two outdoor patios/decks. You can see I94, some billboards, local restaurants and a hotel across the river but all can be overlooked for the river view and amazing sunsets!!! The highway traffic is a little noticeable from outside but it can not be heard inside. The place is very clean and simply decorated. The main floor is the living area with a very comfy reclining couch and two reclining chairs. There is a pool table in the living space along with a large screen tv with Roku. We didn’t use the pool table and would have preferred a table but there is a small table in the kitchen, a small one outside, and two little side tables on the patios. Plenty of seating options. I think the pool table is a great option - just not for us. The two bedrooms are in the lower walkout level. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twins that Mike will gladly make into a king. There are two full bathrooms in the lower level and a half bath upstairs. The only thing we found was that the lower level was very cool compared to upstairs (which is normal). We just had some difficulty regulating the AC to be comfortable in both. My friend and I loved our stay here and we would definitely return.

This property had everything we needed plus things we didn't expect. Will definitely be staying here again. Boat dock worked great for our pontoon. Beds were extra comfortable. Pool table was a hit! The view was amazing

This property is very clean and very comfortable. The property managers provide everything to make you feel at home while you're there. The view is beautiful as well overlooking the river. I usually can't sleep the first couple nights on vacation, but went right to sleep on the very comfortable bed. I really hated to leave this vacation condo, but had to return to reality (ha, ha).

Our check-in started with the surprise that part of the power was out. However, the owner supplied us with numerous lights to use if needed. We enjoyed watching the riverfront view and boats. In the evenings, we had fun playing pool and watching the smart tv. We were close enough to enjoy the restaurants in Port Huron and a day trip to Lexington. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Everything was perfect, nothing else to say. Host is top shelf, supplies in house, clean, the right size, absolutely perfect. Exceeded expectations, a 7 on the 1 to 5 scale. Thanks for a great week.

Came up with husband, son and pregnant daughter-in-law to visit my side of the family. Plenty of room for all of us to have them for Easter dinner. Property owner, Mike, lives on the premises and is available should you need him. The younger group of family members were offered to to sit on the adjoining condo patio to just chat and catch up. Would HIGHLY recommend this VRBO!! Thanks Mike! Left you a plant on the kitchen table! We had a blast and hope to stay here again.
