We had a wonderful time on our family vacation at this location! This is our 3rd time back and continue to have positive experiences with both the home and the owner.

First let me say Cindy was unbelievable. She would check on us to see if we needed anything. She was ALWAYS available. She made our stay wonderful. The house was clean and a great place for families. Great beach and location I have use Vrbo before but NEVER received the kindness and available as we did with Cindy. Thank You again Cindy for making our family vacation so wonderful. Your amazing. 🙂

This house is a great size, not too big, but big enough for 12 of us to spread out as needed. Your steps from the beach, so no big production to lug all your stuff to the beach. The upgrades in the last year are also really nice. Still feels like you're at home on the beach when we walk in. Looking forward to booking again in the future. Plus Cindy is an awesome host and communicates very well, but doesn't hover or interfere.

We planned a guys fly fishing trip and this location could not have been better. Barefoot beach is one of the best places to catch snook. Each morning we would wander south from the house to the inlet and see tons of snook to throw a fly to. We caught snook, jacks, pompano, whiting, ladyfish on the fly and even got a shark on bait in front of the house at night. The house was roomy and the paddle boards and kayaks were a great bonus. Highly recommend this house!

We setup a trip for my Dad’s 70th. Cindy was amazing. She was communicating with us from before we arrived asking for any special requests, and she kept making herself available in case the need came up. The house was exactly as described and very clean. And the beach in your backyard was breathtaking. Recommend!

We rented this property for Labor Day weekend with friends and family, a group of 12 adults total. This house accommodated all of us perfect! Great location and truly beachfront… a few steps from the back door and you were in the ocean. Multiple items available for use such as paddleboard, kayak, beach chairs, etc. Cindy was wonderful to work with through the whole process. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

This house was beautiful! It had every single thing you could need and more. The host, Cindy, if wonderful!! She was so nice to deal with and so quick to respond to everything. We can’t say enough about Cindy!! We had a group of 11 ranging in all ages and everyone had a wonderful time. Plenty of space for everyone so nobody felt cramped and on top of each other. We got up each morning, made coffee and hit the sand. Stayed in the perfect water for hours on end each day. Saw manatees and dolphins and all kinds of fish. It was more than we could have expected. We will be back!!!!

Our family of 13 (3 generations) spent a week in this wonderful home. We had grandparents celebrating birthdays and kids ages 7-11 in our group. The house had more than enough room and things to do. Our 9 year old became an expert on the stand up paddle board provided by the owner. My dad spent his 69th birthday kayaking with dolphins on either side of him in the owner provided kayak! Amazing trip for the whole family. House was comfortable, beds were comfortable, kids loved all the games and TV apps in the evening after hours at the beach. Would definitely go back.

The location was prime, the house spacious, and the property manager was a delight! Available at anytime with a quick response. Love dealing with her.

We loved Bonita Beach in June! Great location and beautiful house. Kitchen had everything we needed. HIGHLY recommend this house. Property manager very easy to reach with questions. Although we didn't have many questions. We were a family group. Plenty of things to do in the area. Beach chairs and kayaks included.

Our time at the beach house was absolutely beautiful! The house was furnished nicely, and stocked with essentials for cooking for a large family. We spend hours each day on the beach, sitting under umbrellas, lounge chairs provided. The kids played in the sand with tons of toys available! We even saw three mama turtles come up onto the beach to lay their eggs. What a memorable trip!

Cynthia was very responsive and easy to talk to. Property is perfect for large family and it is beautiful. Beach is amazing with lots of toys! Another plus is enough seating for family meals. It was perfect!

Fully stocked and loaded for fun on the beach with family of all ages. So many beach toys and equipment for babies/toddlers, kids, adults. Comfortable and convenient location. Host was a please and very much concerned about us having a good time.

This property was huge and beautiful. It accommodated all of us comfortably. It was clean and well stocked with everything you need and so many fun things for the beach. The property manager, Cindy, was so responsive before and during the trip. She was helpful and friendly and clearly wanted our stay to be perfect. And it was! Location couldn’t have been better. What more could you ask for - a great property on a beautiful beach and perfect weather. We would highly recommend this property (and we did several times when people stopped to ask about it while we were on the beach) and would stay at this property again. Thank you, Cindy, for a great stay!!

We had a full group for this house with kids from 1 up to 15 and 6 adults. We even had friends visit us and hang on the beach and there was more than enough room for everyone. The house has everything you need throughout from the kitchen to the bathrooms. And the host, Cindy is so responsive with questions and help. We're looking at booking spring break next year already.

Our party of four retired couples had a truly outstanding experience. The home is very comfortable, well provisioned, and ideally located directly on the beach and gulf. The responsiveness of the property manager was perfect in every way. Our entire group gives this two thumbs up and would definitely rebook.

We enjoyed our family vacation in Bonita. The house had so many things for us to enjoy. There were paddle boards, kayaks, chairs and umbrellas. Cynthia was an amazing hostess. She provided pack and plays and strollers for the infants. We didn’t have to go buy the necessities that you might need to buy in other homes. All of us had such a great time and can’t wait to return.

My family and I had a great time at this property. Right on the beach where the kids could play in the sand while the adults supervised from the porch. Can’t wait to come back!

Comfortable home right on the beach. Everything we needed for the perfect family getaway.

My family and I booked next year’s vacation before we even ended this year’s vacation. We had a great time and enjoyed every second. The house provided everything we needed and more. And the location, right on the beach, made this trip with kids one of the most relaxing vacations we have been on.

Really enjoyed the stay, excellent house and beach. Cynthia was great, had the house very nice and clean for our stay, and fully stocked with beach chairs and toys.

We had a great time. The beach was great and you can hear the ocean at night you are that close.

This is an excellent property directly on the beach. We have stayed at Bonita Beach often and this has been the best house yet with lots of room and beds. It’s nicely updated. The paddle boards and kayaks aren’t offered at many rentals and we put them to use with loads of fun. It’s a quick walk to Doc’s to grab a pizza. The property manager was extremely attentive to questions. Absolutely a 5 star property!

We had our family in town for a get together and this home was perfect for our 3 families plus Grandma. The kids & adults all enjoyed the paddle boards and beach toys. There’s nothing better than walking out your back door right onto the sand. Grandma felt bad for the house cleaner and made sure to leave everything in better order than the previous renters did. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathrooms have plenty of towels. And Cynthia the Property Manager is very easy to get ahold of and very responsive. A couple minor inconveniences was all the trash bins were overflowing from the previous renters and the trash pickup was delayed due to a holiday, the rec room was very sandy from the previous people (we soon realized it’s a constant battle with the beach so close), and the grill needs a good cleaning soon.Overall very happy, though!

The location is great close to several grocery store and restaurants, never mind having the beach as your backyard. Cynthia was accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house has a lot of beach "toys" and essentials, we would definitely stay again.
