nice location and view

everything was excelente

The service was excellent and the property and the location beautiful. Its a remote little cottage on a hill which was peaceful. However it was difficult to get to and without a car the cost of services piled up a lot. Pack well and go here to enjoy nature and get away from everything.

Great location on a hill above Rio San Juan (a city with beautiful beaches). The main bedroom is nice. Owner was very friendly.

There was a problem with water, a pipeline was defect, but the owner called a company that repaired it immediately.

It's such an amazing refuge with the most beautiful view over the hills and the ocean. The whole apartment is very well furnished and equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed. Patric is such an accomodating host. We even had a little mini bar with lots of beverages already in the fridge (I can recommend the wine!). We loved the bedroom and that it comes with two bathrooms. All in all, such good value for money for the house with the vista linda!

A lot of windows don't have glass (which we liked! They all have window blinds and mosquito nets though), but this makes the room obviously not very soundproof. We were a bit unlucky as we had VERY noisy neighbors that destroyed the otherwise very tranquil atmosphere. In my opinion, it's still worth a visit, even with noisy neighbors - and they're probably gone by now! ;)

There are not enough good things to say about this absolute gem. The pictures don’t do justice, the magnificent views from the entire house include the Caribbean sea, rolling hills with cattle and the sunset right in front of you, starry night and even got a rainbow in the morning. Fully equipped with everything you need and very comfortable king bed. the host is very accommodating and we can’t wait to go again.

everything was perfect

This is an amazing location in the beautiful mountains close to Rio San Juan. You feel you are in a different climate in the mountains! The hosts were so nice and breakfast was delicious!

The villa itself is quaint and beautiful. It comes equipped with everything you need to survive a couple of days up in the mountains. The views are absolutely sublime. Unfortunately we got there past sunset but the sunrise was everything we wanted. Around the villa is quiet and peaceful with the host and neighbors not too far away in case of emergency. We skipped on breakfast because we wanted to head to the beach which is only 10 minutes away but from description it would have been a traditional French breakfast which sounded amazing! For what you are getting, you cannot beat the price!

The main road to the villa is steep and in some areas so make sure to have a capable car. The entryway to the villa is unpaved as well so take note (I’m this will change in the coming months). The security guard to the compound will not open the gate for you, don’t take offense he just means business. The gate is fairly simple to operate yourself.

Perfect place to calm down and enjoy the view of the hills. Very close to amazing beaches. Perfect hosts.

The bed very confortable, the bathroom very nice, very clean, beautiful view. The owner friendly.

In the middle of nowhere

The owner is very nice and the place very clean and quite . The owner contact you personally and I’d always on top of e espinita you get there and also when you are there .

They don’t have a pool however the beach are 1 kilometer from the place
