Spectacular studio with sea views in Palmas del Mar.
Este es nuestro estudio 'Palm' con un loft para alojamiento de 4. Es una unidad acogedora con espectacular vista al mar. Se encuentra arriba de nuestra 'unidad Flamboyan' con Homeaway # 954690. Las dos unidades comparten la misma área del vestíbulo, pero están completamente separadas con sus propias puertas de entrada. El estudio 'Palm' está equipado con una cama king size, un amplio loft con dos colchones dobles y un baño grande, perfecto para escapadas románticas o familias con niños. La propiedad cuenta con dos amplios balcones, uno con vista al mar ininterrumpida y muebles de patio, el otro con una parrilla de barbacoa. El estudio 'Palm' tiene una cocina pequeña pero bien equipada, un refrigerador, una televisión por cable de 55 ', aire acondicionado de unidad dividida, lavadora / secadora, mesa de comedor para cuatro, un sofá e internet de alta velocidad.
Palmanova Village se encuentra en la cima de una colina al lado de la Plaza de Palmanova en Palmas del Mar. Cuenta con una piscina, un jacuzzi y un gimnasio con salas de sauna, todo gratuito para inquilinos y residentes. Nuestro condominio "Palm" está a unos 150 m de distancia recta de la orilla del mar, y a unos 10 minutos a pie de la playa más cercana (1111 escalones). Todas las playas son gratis en Puerto Rico. Puede alquilar un carrito de golf ($ 20- $ 50 por día) para acceder a todas las playas de Palmas del Mar.

This property was the perfect vacation get away! It has a gorgeous view of the ocean, with sunrises that were amazing to wake up to! The apartment is quite large (particularly for a studio) and you can't beat the location. We'd definitely stay there again!

This is the second visit and I will say that the the Mr X is very responsive and helpful when I needed something addressed. We spent 18 days in this studio loft apt and enjoyed daily breakfasts on the balcony enjoying the views. Perfect for a couple or small family. Thank you Mr X for a very enjoyable stay. I’ll be back again soon!

Excellent property for families or couples. The property has all the amenities required for a vacation on the beach, nice views from the balcony. My only suggestion is the TV should be configured with some streaming service like Netflix.

Cut toe on sharp area in shower the first day and my toe hindered me having liberty to do much of anything because every step hurt on contact, the side of bed closest to bathroom deep dip my whole side of body in pain everyday, toilet odor from rim needing a better cleaning and as well as faucets in bathroom and floor had sticky spots. Lighting in studio not good, AC not sufficient for area, power keeps going out, internet reception not good, TV not working after power went out, WIFI listed was not on available WIFI networks.
1 of sinks in bathroom stopped up, very hot in hallway (can be very dangerous causing possible heat stroke) ant problem even before we brought food.
It could have been nice except for these issues which I feel is more than we should have had to deal with considering this was suppose to be a relaxing get away.
Please take into consideration our complaints and compensate for it with a refund Thanks

The property was very nice very clean and very convenient for us it has all the amenities you need swimming pool hot tub beautiful balcony views comfortable but it was an actually very nice place to stay I would stay there again if I had a chance they make it very easy to check in and check out we were very pleased

We had to get the guard to let us in.. then the key's to enter the building were not in the mail box as advised they would be. We had to buzz a another apartment for access inside the building. We got in with the codes given the rest of the way but if we were to leave we couldn't go back in. Luckily I asked the other tenants if they had extra keys and they did have our set of key's!! Besides that we enjoyed our stay!

Xiaoming was an amazing host. His communication was great. Anytime I called or texted he responded promptly. This studio was just perfect. I loved the view from the balcony looking at Vieques where my sister lives. The place was very clean and had everything we needed bikes, golf clubs, beach chairs and toys. Thanks again for an awesome stay!
