Matteo is een zeer goede gastheer die je het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk maakt. Elke dag een goed verzorgd ontbijt op het terrasje buiten. Je krijgt een pasje waarmee je of gratis of met korting kunt parkeren in Levanto ( 60ct p/u ipv 2euro ). En hij weet je natuurlijk in de regio de beste adresjes te geven. Heerlijk gegeten in het prijswinnende restaurant la Picea, en een mooie trip gemaakt door de Cinque Terre, Sestri Levante, La Spezia en Genua.
In de ruimte naast onze kamer ( kamer 1 ) staat een hydrofoor ( pomp voor de waterdruk ) Deze slaat om de haverklap aan als er door iemand ( andere gasten) water wordt verbruikt. Dit is nogal storend als je in je bed ligt.

La struttura si trova in una frazione al di fuori del centro di Levanto. È una piccola conduzione familiare ottima come appoggio per visitare le cinque terre. La stazione si trova a 3 minuti d’auto e il centro a 5. Punto di forza non solo le bici a disposizione della clientela ma soprattutto un pass per il parcheggio valido in stazione e in paese incluso nel prezzo.

On se sent comme chez notre grand-mère (maman de Matteo) et notre cousin (Matteo). J'exagère bien sûr mais vraiment ils sont super accueillants.
Ils vous donnent une carte pour vous garer gratuitement à la gare. Des conseils, arrangeants. Parlent français ! Bref super séjour. Merci

Tout était parfait : nos hôtes étaient charmants et très coopératifs. Ils nous ont donné toute sorte de renseignements ( ils nous ont même fait une réservation pour un restaurant !) La chambre était bien décorée, confortable et avait 2 terrasses privées. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et très varié, un régal!

Le Giare est un établissement de qualité et la localisation idéale pour visiter les cinq terres....les chambres sont confortables et d'une propreté irreprochable des attentions comme du thé des petits gâteaux a notre arrivée dans notre chambre.Quand à l accueil il est incroyable par Mr mattéo d'une extrême gentillesse et sa maman qui vous prépare des petits déjeuner incroyable ...le matin quand nous sortions de notre chambre nous suivions la bonne odeur de la brioche.Bref nous sommes ravis de ce séjour et nous le recommandons.

Sehr schöner Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Cinque Terre, sehr netter und persönlicher Empfang, gemütliches kleines Zimmer und ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, Parkausweis für die Stadt, sehr nützliche Tips für die Zugfahrt.
Wie fast immer in Italien sehr hellhörig, man kann die Gespräche im Nachbarzimmer verfolgen. Nachts hat es gestürmt und das ganze Haus hat geächzt = an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Und abens fand im Raum unter uns ein Gottesdienst statt, auch da hat man jedes Wort gehört.

Tout était parfais. Des gens très sympathique. Jeune Proprietaire assister de sa mère. Parle aussi le français et donne de précieux conseil. Ils vous donne meme une carte pour stationnement gratuit dans la ville comme a la Gare. 3 minutes de la gare en auto pour aller visiter les 5 terres. Bravo
A l’arrivé l’apparence exterieur de la rue semble questionable mais on l’oubli vite avec la gentillesse des gens, le service, et les instalations.

The upper room with stairs : little bit difficult for elder people.
But Matteo helped us with our suitcases, so it was OK.

Excellent host, great directions, lovely accomodation with a good continental breakfast. A little far out of Levanto to walk but there are free bikes for you to use or if you have a car the host will lend you a car parking pass to park in the town. The town itself is on the end of the Cinque Terre express train route or you can walk the 7 or 8 km over the headland to Monterossa and the other villages which we did and got the train back!

It was a very nice B&B. The house was great. they have amazing garden. The room was new and qell furnished. The staff is very very friendly and helpful. They are amazing hosts. The location is great as well. They lend us bikes to go to the train station for Cinque Terre and the distance with bike is very close plus we enjoyed riding the bikes very much in this beautiful little town. They even gave us a special card for parking. The breakfast was amazing too. We enjoyed our stay a lot and we would definitely recommend this place. Thanks a lot for everything

A beautiful family owned place, very neat and clean. The owner is very nice and helpful, gave advice on where to go and where to eat, gave us a parking permit for the center. The room is well planned, nice bathroom, everything is very clean.
Everything was wonderful but we really wanted a working towel dryer in the bathroom.

We loved having access to the complimentary bikes for the day to go into town or the train. Matteo and his mother were so friendly and welcoming, had great suggestions for what to do and provided a huge, delicious breakfast each day. We also appreciated the air conditioner in the room to keep us cool at night!

Great communication and generosity of the host, also very professional. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Also without asking we had a lift by car in and out. Note, free bikes included!

We were welcomed by the two friendly hosts Matteo and Marina and they did everything to make us feel comfy during our stay. In the morning Matteo and Marina served us a fresh breakfast so we had a good start of the day. There was also free parking at the b&b.

We spend one night at Le Giare B&B and it was awesome! Matteo was a great Host! When we arrived, he picked us up spontaneously on our way from the station to the B&B, and he drove us back the next day.
The B&B is 20 minutes max the from city center by foot!
The room was very nice and super clean! Very quiet, perfect to recover from your trekking!
And the breakfast ( salty and sweet combined) was super tasty!
I will definitely come back!

We stayed at Matteo's B&B for 2 nights and really liked it. First time to experience 5-star-service at a B&B! Grazie Matteo :)
The walls and doors in the house are rather thin, so one can hear other guests easily.

Our room was exceptionally well equipped, even with a balcony and with a refrigerator. The staff was very attentive and was pleased to help us at any occasion. Very good breakfast and we were even offered free rental bikes to drive to the train station and to explore the nearby located Cinque Terre.

Very clean room with airco, great staff. Matteo gave us good recommandations of the area. The breakfast was amazing aswell. Also the free bikes were a big plus. We would definitely stay here again.

An elevator. I could not carry our bags up but they always provided personnel to perform this task.
