Nothing. Absolutely disgusting I was told the owner would look into it and I said I was leaving a bad review so he said and I quote ‘I will not look into it if you leave a review’ He then told me he would refund me for the night if I cancelled and requested so via booking.com, which I did to then get told by booking.com that the owner said to them he would not refund me as I was ‘rude to staff’ ?? I never even spoke to any ‘staff’ so this was an absolute lie to stop me receiving any money. I have also left this review on trip advisor and Google.

I paid £108 for a night here thinking it would be quiet and relaxing. Boy was I wrong. Apartments are full of escorts, a lot of them foreign so all I could hear for hours on end was ‘clients’ knocking on doors, shouting in languages I couldn’t understand & people having s3x. I actually had to leave late at night it was that bad before i took it upon myself to confront these people regarding their behaviour.

Bed not the most comfortable. Tiny bathroom (but nice shower) - no shelves at all for toiletries and no hooks! Minor stuff :)

Comfy beds, very clean, everything we needed for our stay. I loved that there were three beds, including one double, so plenty of room for the two of us. Sparkly white sheets and duvet covers. And the telly was HUGE!!!! Colin was really helpful and settled us into our room. And I LOVED that there was free parking right outside and it was so close to Salford Royal hospital, perfect for our trip. Would DEFINITELY book again.

Hard to be negative, but ceramic mugs would have been great. Hot drinks just don't taste as good in plastic, although it wasn't cheap plastic!! I would book on the ground floor next time, for mobility purposes, but I booked on the day, so I was lucky to get a room at all!! The person upstairs was a bit noisy, it was just unfortunate thar he or she got up before we needed to wake!!

The heating never came on while we stayed said it was automatic so they gave us a heater Fridge wasn’t plugged in either but didn’t realise this until we were leaving or I’m sure they would fixed it

Nothing but bathroom no where to put your stuff and no soap dish in shower
