The location cannot be better in Ciutadella and Pablo and his wife were the perfect hosts with a lot of usefull tips (Restaurants, Beaches, Parking etc.). We can definitely recommend La Cayena

The apartment is very spacious, practical and beautifully decorated; it's located in a very central area, close to all amenities. The owners are very nice, communicative and willing to help with info. I really recommend this stay :)

The room was really airy and beautifully decorated (I stayed in El Cilantro, and there were mini murals of cilantro) and the bed was HUGE. The layout of the room is really well thought-out, no wasted space. Pablo was really helpful throughout the stay, even sending me info PDFs in advance of my stay, and checking in on me after my first night to make sure all was OK. The hotel is located in the old town of Ciutadella, so it is a really short walk to get anywhere in the town, and to several bus stops if you're using public transport. There are loads of great restaurants nearby, and a few supermarkets, and it is a very short walk to get to the Cathedral and the shops surrounding it. I would love to stay again!

The entry door has a bit of a slam to it, which is not great in the middle of the night when other guests are returning while you're trying to sleep. It only happened a couple of times during my stay, but if you're a light sleeper there in high season, it might be a bother to you.

Pablo did everything to make our stay as confortable as possible, and provided us with good recommendations and advices. The apartment is really nice and confortable, and ideally located to visit the old Ciutadella by feet. Pablo was always available on WhatsApp any time we had a question. The decoration was also very cute. we recommend very much this place !

Very beautiful spacious and light room, super clean and comfortable. In the best location to explore Ciutadella as old town is literally on your doorstep. Great communication with the Hosts as well, being very helpful with checkin/checkout as well as providing useful local tips

Very large space, nice bright light, cool decor, very clean. Had a fridge and some basic supplies like tea. We didn’t meet the host but she messaged us lots of tips and recommendations. ☺️

Responsive and super helpful and sweet couple runing the place. They also seem to look after the environment pretty well and have amazing recommendations for what to do on the island. The room is very big and the decoration super nice. You can either open the window, or turn on the fan or AC, plenty of ventilation options. The location is great, on the edge of the centre so it close to the parkings but still in the city very close to everything.

The place is a little noisy, you can hear the other guests and what is going on outside. Maybe the rooms towards the inner side are more quiet.

The apartment is lovely, decorated with great taste, the main bed is large and very comfortable. The Apartment is perfectly located near the old city of La Ciutadella. And most of all, Monica is fantastic at giving tips, recommandations and any help during the stay. She is available at all times and respond very swiftly. Because of the Covid situation the restaurant that is in the hotel was closed but she gave very nice recommandations for options close by and in the city. Overall it was great stay, a good value for money and a great support that made all the difference.

Frankly nothing really

We stayed 2 nights in the hotel, it was so pleasant.the windows are looking in the yard. Very quite and calming. Bathroom and kitchen are very clean and charming. A lot of love in details. Water in the fridge!

Perfecly located, Monica was a great host and was very helpful during our stay in Ciutadela. The room is spacious and clean and we would toallly go back to stay there.
