A great location right out the front of the ferry port with a wide range of restaurants in close proximity. Great service from the staff and management. An excellent breakfast to be had in the rooftop restaurant. I well recommend a sea view suite or corner suite to make the most of the location.
The Valets changing the settings, seating arrangement, dash/ info/ radio settings for the short drive in our hire vehicle was really annoying; Every time we retrieved the car, we had to spend 5 minutes re-adjusting everything back to how it was for our next drive.
The noise from the nightclubs next door was a bit annoying, but stopped at midnight both nights we were there.

Отель уже подустивший , в номерах не свежий запах. Может быть шумно со стороны улицы.

The terrace restaurant on top of the hotel was fabulous. View towards port - just amazing. Great for a short stay and city break.
For one night stay I coudn't find any things I didn't like.

BEST location for ferry! Great spot close to ferry, restaurants, shops, waterfront. Staff was very pleasant.

We lived under the restaurant. it was crazy loud, and the party stopped only after 01:00. We phoned to reception at 00:00 and asked them to stop the party, but they didn’t help. So we didn’t get enough rest after the long road trip.
parking is also 10-15 min walk from hotel. Not secure, just on the street.

Great views, and wonderful staff. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend spending some extra to have room with a stunning view. we stayed on the 4th floor and the room was big and spacious with stunning views. we enjoyed our stay

The location is right in the city center. Inside is pretty good
Well. It was Saturday. A lot of people from everywhere arrived to Canakkale this day for night life. At the same street near the hotel in a few steps there is a night club and you can hear every beat from it. At winter time in the hotel the air conditioning system for cooling is not working at all. It is extremely hot in the room. It is impossible to open the windows as on the streets there is Saturday night fever all night long. So we did not sleep as we was a part of night life))

Staff was incredibly helpful. I have forgotten something very valuable inside the room after checking out and they called me to come and get it back. Incredible breakfast with superb view. Large bathroom. Perfect location.

wiew, location, modern things in the apartment, clean apartment. Friendly and nice behavior from the reception staff, especially the guys who drive cars to and from the parking
Poor knowledge of English from the staff, exceptionally waiter in the restaurant on roff and his rude behavior who brings things that are not included in the breakfast that no one ordered and then charges for them and writes them on the room bill.

We enjoyed our stay in Kule Hotel. It has beautiful views from the terrace restaurant where also the breakfast is served. Hotel is located in the very center of the city and there are lots of places in a walking distance. The room was modern and spacious. Also there is a free parking in 500 meters. Breakfast was quite standard for Turkey, but delicious and nourishing. I highly recommend to visit the restaurant on the roof.
