Nuestro 6 BR 5 BA casa se encuentra en el río rojo que da nombre a nuestra ciudad, y 20 plazas. El patio trasero cercado hace el gran espacio al aire libre para los niños jugar o para disfrutar de una comida al aire libre! Esta casa es ideal para grandes fiestas, reuniones familiares, o grupos de la iglesia. Hay 4 habitaciones de matrimonio, 2 habitaciones de matrimonio y una habitación con sofás futón 2 queen. Con 5 cuartos de baño, hay un montón de espacio para su grupo para moverse. Nuestra casa tiene un plan de piso de la cocina y comedor abierto con mucha luz natural. El salón tiene un televisor de pantalla grande y una acogedora estufa de madera, y nuestro cómodo sofá se despliega en una cama de matrimonio para los huéspedes adicionales. ¡No olvides disfrutar de nuestra dulce sala de sol con tu café de la mañana o un buen libro!

Had a great time in Red River. Management company very helpful and friendly. Home needs a LOT of work. Back porch has some need to make it more safe. Large lip at back as you head down steps. Rail would help. Crumbs on living room floor by sofa as we arrived. Will say easy access to lock and unlock.

Arnold’s river retreat is perfect for a large group. We had 6 adults and 5 kiddos ranging from 4-14. With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms each person was able to enjoy privacy as needed. Everything was clean and location is handy to ski area and restaurants. A wonderful getaway for our family of 11.

We love staying in Arnold's Retreat. It's a comfortable home with everything you could need. Plenty of space for everyone and easy walk into town

Great property
This was a great house for a large number of people. Our only complaint would be the blinds really need to be replaced. It doesn’t seem like a big deal but street lights make it difficult to sleep.

Blinds were torn up, windows had no screens, windows hard to open, mice were in the house and garage, mice droppings on cookware, mattresses worn out, the whole house needed a good cleaning, like staying in a 30 year old house with no updates or cleaning. VRBO listing did not reflect that you had to walk thru bedrooms to get to other bedrooms. Jessica with Red River Realty has no customer service skills. Don't waste your money.

The beds were not the best, lots of things are old & warn out, and the 4 main bedrooms are adjoining so that you have to walk through each others rooms to get out to the main area. It did not say anything about this in the reviews & was a little strange for our 4 family group.. the WiFi on the property did not work which the rental agency said was listed on the info for the house. This may be true but it was still an inconvenience.. for the price I've stayed in way better properties in Red River..

Family Trip
This was a great house for us! There were a few details that need attention such as some blinds, a window screen left leaning against a wall, a vent cover loose etc. Overall we had a great experience at this location and would stay there again!!

Great place for us. Had 10 adults and 10 kids ages 6 months to 11.
Great place, but the blinds need to be repaired and or replaced.
One bedroom window had nothing on it, so the morning sun
was very bright. Had to put blankets to cover the light. Ice maker did not work.
But otherwise we were very satisfied with the property.

Perfect for what we needed!
This place was perfect for what we needed. We had 19 people ranging in age from 3 thru 60+ coming together to spend Thanksgiving together. We read the reviews ahead of time and came prepared with plastic/paper ware as well as a few extra towels. There was a small grocery store in town that met whatever need we did not come prepared for (laundry detergent, perishable grocery items). We slept comfortably and pretty much all had easy, convenient access to a bathroom. The house is very close to town and the slopes. It's not a 5 star hotel, but it was clean (not immaculate - the cabinets could use wiping down and it was dusty). We didn't have any issues with things not working.
