Ein gutes Doppelbett, Einrichtung sehr schön , sauber, freundlich und gemütlich. Bad sauber und modern.

Notbett für 2 Personen sehr hart, klein und unbequem, Kücheneinrichtung spartanisch, keine Teekanne, keine größere Salatschüssel, keine Müslischüsseln. Kein Backofen.

Tolle Lage, ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten

Wir hätten gerne eine (Filter-)Kaffeemaschine gehabt. Die Wohnungen haben keine Spülmaschine und der Kühlschrank kein Eisfach.

Appartement was schoon, prima bedden en geen geluidsoverlast. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

Eén set handdoeken per persoon voor vijf dagen is toch wel erg karig. Ook maakten de radiatoren om de paar uur een heel vervelend geluid (harde pieptoon), waarschijnlijk door lucht in de installatie. Toen we dit tijdens het uitchecken lieten weten werd er gezegd dat dit een bekend probleem is maar er verder niks aan gedaan kan worden. Koffiezetapparaat was geen filterkoffie, maar van die Nespresso-achtige cups. Er waren een aantal cups voorhanden, maar niet genoeg voor vijf dagen. In de supermarkten kregen we de goede cups niet gevonden, waardoor we het uiteindelijk niet konden gebruiken. Geen flessenopener en/of kurkentrekker aanwezig.

Middenin het gezellige centrum van Winterberg. Een mooi, super netjes en rustig appartementen complex met grote parkeerplaats aan de achterkant.

お部屋自体はそんなに広いわけではなかったのですが、その分お部屋の中の全ての設備にすぐアクセスできた点がとてもよかったです。 必要最低限のものが揃っていて、できれば一週間くらい滞在したかったです。

鍵の受け取り場所はメールの写真付きで連絡をいただいていたのですが、実際に行ってみたところすぐにはわからず少し迷ってしまいました。他の人が滞在しているお部屋が事務所に見えたので迷って入ってしまいました。それ以外は迷うこともなく、快適に過ごすことができました。

The location was perfect. It was situated within the city center. Easy access to nearby restaurants and cafes. The bus stop is in front of the building, which is a great advantage if you don't have a car

They could have arranged a microwave oven in the room as we have opted for kitchen+bedroom.

The location in Winterberg was perfect, good parking and easy getting the room key even though we arrived late in the evening.

The bathroom did not have any ventilation which made the bathroom and the bedroom very damp after showing. We were unable to dry our towels from day to day. We only had one toilet paper roll for 2 persons for 3 days. Both more toilet paper and new towels would have been nice. The TV and wifi did not work well, in fact the TV didn´t work at all. The bedsheets were a bit worn down and the pillows were absolutely horrible. The front door to our entrance did not work well, one night we could not get in. The most frustrating thing was that the hotel charged us 250Euro in deposit after we had arrived and after we had played for the stay. This has to stop and seems like a totally weird scam.

Location was very nice and quiet in the evening/night, the accomodation was pretty big for a 1 bedroom appartment. We didn't end up using it but there is also an option to store your bike's or ski's. And a friendly host!

Great apartment. Well appointed kitchen. TV, coffee maker, kettle, fridge etc. Good sized comfortable bed. Good convertible couch.

The system for deposit ( not the hotels fault) The exchange rate mechanism meant that though there were no charges I still ended up out of pocket. Use a fixed currency exchange card.

Location is great, close to restaurants and ski lift. Nice flat for 2 adults with 2 kids.

We missed an oven or microwave and pillows were not good at all :/

The apartment is well equipped, clean, nice and warm. New forniture and all TV with Netflix and cartoon in all language good for kids. They have a large place for free parking on the backside and a storage for ski. The location is perfect for the evening to just go out and walk to the restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and we recomend this place.

Nothing all fine. Maybe I can advise to add one or two more hook in the bathroom to hang more towels and beautycase.

The apartment was clean and tidy. Nicely decorated with homely furnishings. Good contact and clear messages from host. Room was available at 14:00. Pretty well equipped kitchen although a toaster would have been great. Good location between town and slopes.

Twin mattresses and sofa bed were hard and uncomfortable. One toilet roll between five guests for a three day stay. Added extras like coffee filters, a toaster and shower soap would be nice. We went and bought these extra items but if they’re not included would have been good to know beforehand.

Key is handed over by staff. One has to contact them a day before plus 30 min prior to arrival. 2 contacts provided, no answer, no return call- ended up having to ring the owner in Holland! Kurtaxe has to be paid in cash, no receipt! We had appartment 2 - Appartment wit terasse for 3 people. The photos don't clearly indicate that the appartments 1-2 have NO direct access from the flat. Appartment 2 also has NO DOOR to the bedroom.

The appartement was clean, free parking in front of the building and a good location, the city centre was in walking distance.

The hostess only speaks German. Too bad the kitchen didn’t had an oven or microwave. The appartement wasn’t soundproof. Eventhough it says so on the site. You could hear anyone who was walking or talking in the hallway or sitting outside on the terrace talking. The windows had white pleated curtains, so the bedroom was already bright by daylight at 5:11 am sunrise.. not so nice. It was also very warm because of it. Maybe they could do something about that? We put up bin bags to block the light.

middle of a storm. 2 kids in the car. almost crashed two times since I needed to take out 100 euro min cash. doesn’t make any sense. first the requirement for cash is not common, as you can have a deposit in credit or debit (like I offered). second, you can waive this requirement seeing the conditions and ask for 100 the day after. had to drive through the snow, almost crashed twice, for what? I guess that for 100 euros. super disappointed and even angry. would not recommend.
