The pool that’s about it

Our room. It was slanted and not level at all. The tv stand was not standing straight. The floor felt like it was going to fall through. The bath tub even felt slanted and not straight. A lot of money for the room we stayed in. Never again. They offered us to move rooms but then no discount of moving as it is an inconvenience with little kids. Would not of expected they would be renting that room out. There was also a trash bag over the smoke alarm. So disappointed. I will never recommend this hotel what so ever.

The layout of the room and proximity to theme park

The pool was filthy with a deep dirty ring around the edges and the water smelled of urine. The bathroom shower curtain had mildew and the room sofa was soiled

The property was conveniently located. We felt safe. It was clean and looks like recently renovated. It was well lighted and not dingy. Also we had free breakfast. For a three star hotel this was very good.

Swimming pool wasn’t heated.

This was a nice place. Very clean. Staff very nice. Great pool that the grandkids love.

the pool was not as big as i thought it was and only went 4ft deep and it was very cold

The TVs and the whole building were down the weekend we were there your pool was very cold they did not have the heater on

Pool. Beds, breakfast..

Price higher than average for lower grade. Had late checkout for 12pm but they knocked in door at 11 attempting to rush me out and not understanding when I was explaining I'd already arranged checkout time and it was in the computer. He spoke no English and didn't understand. I felt I had to leave right then so I did .

Clean, comfortable beds, great staff, and it smelled nice!

Breakfast is good for the average midwestern American that want to die in a young age from a heart attack. I drank my coffee and went to eat breakfast somewhere else.

I love how they made my family feel right at home after I had to go have emergency surgery and have my gallbladder removed and unexpected trip

Bakru was amazing she was so kind and thoughtful for our stay. She was professional dressed really well.

The hotel was updated (I believe recently) and clean. Overall it was nice and I didn't feel a sense of "dirty" at all 😁 The bed was very comfortable. The man at the front desk was nice. The breakfast was good and the location was perfect for my son's audition at Worlds of Fun 😊

My biggest pet peeve, charging me an additional $100 on top of what I am already paying and stating it is a fee in case we trash the place. Look, you have my card on file for incidentals, if I ruin the microwave or the walls, charge it then. I don't think it is fair to show up at check in to be told you will have to pay another $100 and that it will be refunded the next day.

the breakfast wasn’t very good. 1st day the breakfast was 30 minutes late. also no yogurt on the last day and there were only 2 juices available of 4.

Close to I70. Great place for a good night rest . Very nice and friendly staff. They recently replaced the beds so they are very comfortable. Very clean and quiet. Good breakfast.
