Clean, beautiful home! Pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. Kitchen was perfect and beds were COMFY. Owner was easy to reach for questions and so polite! Overall, I believe it had the best location we could’ve asked for proximity to towns, the view and comfort. Bears visited every day!

Cool cabin. Management sucks. Driveway is awful, so be aware and be careful! There are also hot wire lines around the cabin, so be cautious with children. The pool was cold, could not find a remote or how to operate it. But it is a cool neat fun cabin.

I loved the close proximity to all the main attractions of the area, while being far enough away you got the serenity of the mountains as well. The views from the cabin and on the drive up to it are breathtaking! It's also a great place to spot bears! We saw them around the cabin every day of our stay! There was something for everyone in our group at the cabin (ages 2-63)! The kitchen was well stocked, the cabin was clean throughout, and communication with the host was fast and hassle free. Overall, we had a great experience!

The cabin was easy to get to...definitely up a steep road, but very doable. The cabin itself was beautiful and clean. We were provided with all things listed. The pool was clean and working in good condition. Our family with small kids had a great time. There is a bear bath in the yard and it’s cool to see the visiting bears. Be careful, but it’s worth seeing. It was a huge highlight of our stay.

Great place! Close to the great smokies, nice deck, little swimming pool and hot tub which is fantastic for kids. Managers super responsive. Just to note if you have young kids – the kitchen table and the beds are high up off the ground which can be a bit challenging for toddlers. For the cost, would be nice if the property supplied trash bags and supplies for the entire day, rather than just starter kits. Mattress in master bed could use replacement. Otherwise, wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Bear Tracks - the house was clean, kitchen well equipped. Beds were okay, paper thin sheets and pillows. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our young kids, the pool is smaller in person than how it appears in pictures. The game room was a hit w our kids, too. Perfect stay for a family w young kids.

This cabin is beautiful with great views. We had 6 people in our group, 2 teenagers, and there was plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing if they wanted to. We were told by the next door neighbor and the pool guy that this is a great location if you want to see bears. So we definitely want to return here when the weather is warmer. I have rented several different cabins in the past and this is by far the best cabin we have stayed in. FYI, we went 2 days after Christmas and apparently this is the busiest week of the year for the area. I have been to Gatlinburg/PF several times and had never been when there were so many people. We still had a wonderful time and the cabin was perfect.

We had an awesome time staying at rainwater falls. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the video/arcade games. The adults enjoyed the hot tub. Great location and very clean.

This was a wonderful clean, cabin that had beautiful views of the strip in Gatlinburg which was lit up at night as well as a beautiful view of the Smokey Mountains. The cabin had a perfect small indoor pool that my young children loved. The game room was a great bonus to keep them occupied as well. There was also a hottub for use right outside as well, but it was so cold we didn't use it. I would recommend this cabin and would stay here again.

View of downtown Gatlinburg at night was fantastic. Enjoyed the open floor plan of the cabin. Cabin was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. Everything was in good working order. Dishes and cooking utensils all appeared to be in new condition and lots of them. Coffee maker, blender, auto can opener, roasting pans, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Nothing better than the hardest decision being which of the three decks to unwind and enjoy your coffee. This was one of the best locations we have stayed with very attentive hosts, great communication and beautiful property. So close to everything, year you feel like you are on top of the world and remote while relaxing. Highly recommend this for your family getaway, kids kept themselves entertained with the bonuses the house offered so the husband and I could just be. Will definitely look this property up the next time we head to the mountains.

This house was perfect for our family of four! Everything was clean and well stocked. The instructions prior to arrival and departure were very clear and there were no surprises. Location was exceptional for easy access to downtown Gatlinburg and the State Park. Our kids LOVED the indoor pool and we saw multiple bears even in the bear tub! Would definitely recommend. One suggestion to make it even better would be bar stool height chairs on the balconies to see the amazing view unobstructed.

We absolutely loved our stay. Cabin was very clean and organized. It was nice having the private indoor pool but it was a little small; however, perfect for kids to enjoy. One big downside for us was that the was only one kitchen table with four chairs. Our family was of 7, some had to stand to eat. Possibly adding bar stools to the island in the kitchen and moving the living room sofa may help. None the less we had a great time and would recommend. Best part we saw 2 adult bears and 4 cubs right in front our cabin. Priceless.

Rainwater Falls was great. Cabin was very clean and had everything you need. Pool was a nice size for kids to enjoy. I did not like/understand why there's only a table for 4 people if you can sleep 8 guests. We are a family of 7 and 3 people ate standing in the kitchen. Otherwise had a great time. I would definitely stay again.

This cabin was perfect for myself my husband and my two year old! Especially loved the heated pool and hot tub! The only thing I would say that was tough was the upstairs bedroom is a loft so you hear everything or anyone who’s up before you but we have a two year old so we were always the first up anyway!

Vacationed here for our kids (aged 2, 6, and 8) for spring break. Beautiful views of the mountains, adorable and clean cabin. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome activities for our kids. 3 balconies for ample outdoor space to enjoy the views. Very close to the entrance of the smokies without having to drive through town to get there. Highly recommend!!!

Cabin was clean, beds was comfortable, hot tub was in working order, we all enjoyed the pool and the media room. We was able to relax in hot tub while keeping an eye on older kids in pool.There was a few downfalls. The waterfall for the pool wasn't working and we didn't find out until we got there and the switch was taped up and said "not working" that was a bummer. There was random noises and popping at night that would wake everyone up. Our little one was awaken every night by these random noises and wouldn't sleep in her own bed. Not sure where it was coming from but we didn't get restful nights sleep. Overall cabin was great and we did enjoy our stay.

Perfect place in the mountains. Love how close and easy it is to get to Ober. Maintenance was wonderful to work with and very responsive. Cabin was clean. Downstairs was great for a day in with a heated indoor pool, hot tub, video game, golden tee golf game and media area perfect for a family movie night. We absolutely recommend!!!!

Everything we hoped and more!!! Check in was easy and once you see in person pictures don’t do it justice! You have to have code to access pool which was reassuring at bedtime with small children and a very short drive into Gatlinburg. Definitely would stay here again and I don’t say often!
Really the only suggestion I would give is the garage door that must be opened to access hot tub needs a little maintenance. The latch/lock was quite rusty and got stuck a few times…

We visited this perfectly kept cabin with another family! The cabin was beautiful with great views, very nice accommodations! The only issues we had were there wasn’t any pot holders but this was quickly fixed with a couple new ones dropped off the following day after we notified the management. The parking was a tight squeeze and will not hold more than two full size SUV’s, but not a huge deal at all. Also, the trash can in the kitchen could be a slight bit larger but other than that these are super minor complaints and would never keep us from coming here again! The pool and hot tub were amazing and kids loved them!
