Excellent location, right next to the park and in the middle of the shopping street (and having a mall under the hotel is also very useful). Excellent breakfast with a lot of variety. The room was big enough for us and well equipped. The stuff were very friendly and helpful.
Parking is expensive, its best to use public transportation.

The interior design is very interesting and stylish, location is perfect!
Staff is friendly and ready to help! Also I enjoyed the live music at the restaurant in the evening!
Room was clean and warm!
1) You won't find any shampoo, shower gel and dental kit... Just a piece of soap, which says "ALL IN ONE"... Horrible, especially for this price
2) Breakfast has another horrible thing - you won't find any juices... just water and syrups... If you want a fresh juice, you have to do it by yourself! And that worst of it, that there are a small table with small knife... which you should use to cut the fruits! But if you wanna do it, be ready to get your hands dirty, and these "welcome" guys didn't put any napkins and wet wipes next to the station! So you have to go to bathroom!
Also, they probably do not understand, that there should be a few juice makers, cause when someone makes juice with ginger, the next 2 or 3 guests are going to feel this ginger in their juice too! And for the citrus fruits it should be another juice maker
Of course you can ask for a juice at the bar, but you have to pay for this! And lets take a look again at phrase "Breakfast included"
3) The whole reception is a merch store... guys, is it a hotel or H&M?

Das Hotel ist zeitgemäss eingerichtet, liegt an der grossen Einkaufsstrasse, hat freundliches Personal, ein gutes Restaurant/Bar und ein grosses Frühstücksbuffet.
Der Preis ist, dafür dass es in Serbien liegt, eher überrissen. Wem aber der Styl des Hotels gefällt, kann es trotzdem buchen, denn es hat viele Pluspunkte.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage super. Das Zimmer sehr schön (nur die Couch nicht).
Die Terrasse war eher ein Balkon und entsprach gar nicht den Erwartungen, die man durch die Bilder hatte. Direkt an einer Seite des Balkons war ein Fenster aus einem Gebäude direkt daneben.

The breakfast was very good, the food from the menu was excellant and the staff service was more than what i was expacted. they are really professional.
The rooms were comfy and clean.
The hotel was in prime location i really recommend this Hotel to anyone will visit Belgarde.
I wish that they have a swimming pool.

We loved the communal areas - they have so much personality! The rooftop deck is a lovely place to hang out. It's one of the liveliest places in Belgrade!
There should be an express lift to the hotel as it can be very crowded with long wait times.

Very interesting interior, friendly staff, loved the restaurant. Easy to find if you know that it should be in the mall. Great location - in the old town. Not too much variety for breakfast, but excellent quality and taste, special thanks for the Local corner - really great idea and I liked it a lot! I didn't spend too much time in Serbia to try all this food and it's excellent that Mama Shelter gave me a chance to do it)
Unfortunately too cold bathroom( And I miss liquid shampoo
