Booking.com said “Breakfast Included” while booking hotel but property refused to serve breakfast. They finally agreed to serve breakfast after having an hour long argument. unfortunately, they served 2 slice of bread toast and a cup of tea the first day and on second day they served maggie noodles for breakfast. For reminder of 8 night stay, we bought our own breakfast from outside.

Services & amenities were really disappointing, Though it was mentioned that the breakfast is included in the tariff but the staff clearly denied to provide the same. AC & TV were not working. Basic toiletries were not provided. Linens were dirty & used.

At night when everyone was enjoying there private space we were literally hunting down mosquitoes.

Hotel forced to me for paying before checking only by UPI mode. He told me if u can't pay through UPI then we will not allow to check in. Room was smelling and bedsheet too dirty.

Rude behavior of staff, didn't receive facility mentioned while booking , bad experience

The staff was horrible. No politeness in conversations. The checkin process took almost an hour. The staff told us they do not comply with information provided in the site. I booked triple occupancy rooms from the site but staff told us they do not have triple occupancy rooms. They then charged us extra ₹2000 for accommodations.
