Immeuble en plein centre de Cascais, tout peut se faire à pieds. Petite cuisine commune avec machine à café, frigo, micro ondes, bien pratique. Les chambres ne sont pas très spacieuses. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages.

The location is perfect. You're a few meters away from a beach. You have restaurants and a winery literally less than 30 seconds away. The staff is kind and attentive. The room was quite clean and tidy. You have access to a kitchen. The shower's water pressure was stable and so was the temperature.

Being close to lively places has a price. You will hear the street noise even after closing the windows. The building was renovated but sound insolation was not achieved. The exterior window shutters are damaged and won't close properly, so you will get light coming in at night and in the morning. Bring your eye mask! The room doors and inner walls are not made with noise insulation in mind, so you can also hear everything happening inside the building: people opening and closing the main door (it buzzes every time someone opens it and closes with a loud bang), people walking up or down the stairs, people in the kitchen, opening or closing their room door, or whatever they speak inside the rooms at your floor. There's only one power outlet available in the room and it is not close to the bed. You will have to unplug the lamps or use the one in the bathroom. The shower door lets large amounts of water out onto the bathroom floor. The provided shower towel can't cope with the amount of water.

Very friendly and helpul staff at the reception. We could store our luggage after checkout until 17:30, which was very practical. The room was small, but cozy with a comfortable bed and a patio outside. The nearest beach is only a few meters away 😀

The walls and doors are rather thin. We sometimes woke up, because the neighbours were slamming the door and talking very loudly.

Perfect location, clean, safe and it had everything you needed , coffee , shampoo etc.

Very spacious apartment, perfectly clean. Loved the rooftop terrace for morning coffee or evening drink!

Just to be aware there’s 3 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. Stairs is narrow so could be a challenge with heavy/ big suitcase or someone who has reduced mobility

Centrally located: a minute's walk to the shops, restaurants and gorgeous beach. The guest house was very clean, comfortable with good room service and comfortable bed. Everything worked: The TV, the shower, (I didn't check the heating or A/C but suspect it also worked well), the lights etc. The room was pleasantly decorated, the staff were lovely, hospitable and considerate. The check in and out was quick and convenient - all self-entry codes worked perfectly.

The incredibly loud noise from the street and local bars which played live music until 3 or 4 in the morning, at which time patrons left to continue their 'party' in the streets immediately outside the hotel. As a result, I laid awake for the entirety of 5 long nights and am now at home suffering extreme tiredness and fatigue. However, if you don't mind A/C on all the time, there is the option to close the window - which has excellent double glazing - and put the A/C on. Personally, I would not have been able to sleep in a small room with the burr noise of the A/C all night or suffer the dry eye syndrome of constant A/C. Unfortunately, there was also noise from the neighbouring rooms - however, this was not through the night and therefore did not cause much discomfort. (It would be enough if staff asked patrons to avoid stomping across rooms in high heels) It is such a shame because there are many good things about this guest house.

Very noisy as we were right above a restaurant that didn't shut until 1am and played loud music and builders renovating a property opposite that started work at 7.30am Also no roof terrace as stated unless you stay at the top room
