Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in your studio room. The beach was within a 2 minute walk. Very clean. Very quiet.

Owner deceived us knowing my husband was handicapped as we had to drive to the beach NOT a 2 minute walk as advertised ! Knowing we were unhappy she offered to refund us & then changed her mind & refusing to do so!
There was NO grill as advertised !
Will NEVER return ! No broom in house
either..

This newly renovated property was a perfect site for a family vacation. Very close to the beach and basically brand new, the property was very relaxing. Thank you!

The place was better than I expected. I loved the way it was decorated. The bed was very comfortable! The Host was excellent. She answered all my questions before I went as well as while I was there. She really cares about your stay! I recommend this place for a great get away. You are also just right there at the beach!!! I would love to come back!

Awesome little getaway!!
We loved everything about our stay. It was exactly as presented. We couldn't have ask to be closer to the beach for the price. It is 2 minutes or less. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location really close to the beach
The property was really nice. We met some great people staying next door. The room was bright and clean. The screen porch was very nice. The only thing that could be an issue for someone would be the shower is very very small. We loved our stay in Sanibel and would love to stay at this property again.

Relaxing week!
Property well groomed, so close to the beautiful beach. Accommodations comfortable, lacking night stand on one side of bed, and a dresser to be able to store clothes. We found refrigerator much too small at times, one addition that would be great would be a water hose at the Studio entrance as well. Felt like I was imposing on the other renters when we went to wash off sand after the beach, since hose near there door/porch. Would love to rent property again in the near future! Cozy, convenient and affordable
All went well, host was communicative, place was cozy for myself and would have been similarly if I’d brought another. Very close to beach which was nice.

Disappointed
We found the photos online not to be accurate to current unit conditions. Unit is tired and certainly the bathroom from a different era. Baseboard trim in need of repair, cabinets peeling, different furniture, etc. Owners price seemed fair but inclusive of all fees Unit was overpriced. We discovered other properties on the water with pools etc.for nearly the same total price. This unit was clean with a comfortable bed and owner did communicate well. Disappointed.

This is a perfect property made us feel at home
This was a great location, host was incredible, and we’d happily stay here again. It is an older property but had all that we needed and the two minute walk to the beach was perfect. Nancy was so helpful when we needed her for questions. Loved the grill outdoors. Only gave it a 4 because could use just a smidge of updating but if it never changed we’d come back.

Paradise found
We had the most amazing weekend ever! The cottage was perfect and in the best location ever. We biked, kayaked and walked our dogs on the beach. But I am happy to report the best part was the new mattress. So comfortable and cozy I hardly could get out of the bed. If you’re looking for paradise and you want to be right by the beach, treat yourself to this treasure. We’re already planning another trip!

Perfect location and cozy room.
This property was so close to the beach and perfect for us and our little dog. Communication was perfect. Because of the beach access, it was never crowded. The property has a nice front porch where you can store some of your beach items or sit with a glass of wine. We will definitely be back.

Nice clean smaller getaway
Nice smaller property. Property owner was very helpful. One thing the place could use is a new mattress. The one there has springs and it kills your back!

Our 2nd Stay
This was our second stay at Nancy's property. It was myself, my husband, and our chihuahua.
Pros: pet friendly, very clean, perfect size for 2 adults, SO CLOSE to the beach, love the lanai (we like to have our morning coffee out there), beach chairs available, parking right next to the house, and Nancy is so easy to talk to and work with.
Cons: Our only con is THE BED. The bed absolutely kills our backs. It's an old spring mattress and I think even a memory foam mattress cover would help immensely.
Thank you, Nancy for letting us come again! We hope next year we can bring family.

Perfect Romantic Beach Cottage.
The small cottage was about 150 yards from one of Sanibel's beaches. We found lots of pretty shells there. The cottage is close to several resturants and shops. We stayed 7 days, and it was perfect for 2 mature persons.

Beautiful property on a beautiful beach! Easy access to everything! The property owner was so nice. Had beach chairs for us to use that definitely came in handy. Love it!!

Quaint Beach Studio
My husband and I enjoyed 9 days at this quaint beach studio which is part of a Tri-plex house. It was very quiet and comfy as we were the only renters during our stay. We enjoyed the location with a short walk to the best beach and easy access to restaurants and shopping. The bike trails were great for getting around town on our bikes. The only issues we had were the bed being very old (probably needs to be replaced) and poor lighting (hard to do a puzzle at the table). The cottage was not fancy but it was cozy and you can’t beat the location.

Getting away with my boys!
The Owner was great, answering all my questions and making some good recommendations on Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner! She directed us to the beach and my two boys enjoyed their first adventure swimming in the Gulf of Mexico off Sanibel Island, FL

Nice location
The cottage is an efficiency but a good sized one for a couple. We enjoyed the stay. It was during the week and quiet. I got up to go take my dog on a walk to the beach every morning. Pros: close to the beach. Close to main street. Beach chairs. Pet friendly. Outdoor shower for removing beach sand. Cons: very small inside shower. No stove (not a big deal for us). Bed was a little bouncy for my tastes.

Anniversary trip
Pictures were a little deceiving, made it look bigger then it was. The worst part was the shower. You could NOT move around in it. You had to turn off the water, open the curtain, then lather up, close the curtain and rinse off.

the beach was right there!!! it was quiet, clean, perfect for my wife and I.
For pet lovers it is great bc the beach allows dogs which we were pleasantly suprised. we thought we were going to have to drive to the dog friendly beach each day. ot had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Great place to stay if you want to be within walking distance to the beach.
Overall it was good. Place was as advertised and clean. The only thing is that walls are very thin and we could hear everything the other 2 units are doing. This property is divided in 3 units. Host was great and allowed us to park in property after checkout to enjoy the beach.

Sanibel retreat
We found this a great place to stay. It is small but comfortable and well appointed. Great for a couple. They are literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and have chairs, and umbrella and beach toys. The owner was very responsive, friendly and helpfull!
