I loved the aesthetic of the property! The way it was decorated was stunning, this property has amazing character, the music was fun, the pool was kept cold and refreshing and the staff went above and beyond.

Everything! The owners and team were super friendly and helpful with tips for local places to eat! The cocktails breakfast and lunch menus were very generous and great quality! The pool is divine and the interiors and full of character with original features and unique design details in every corner! great location with an easy stroll to the nearest square with lots of eating options!

Nothing it was great!

The all experience from the moment we arrived ( our flight was late, and we arrived just before midnight) it was an absolute pleasure 💯 The service, the room, the pool.....everything was perfect.

There was not a one thing to dislike.

Everyone was beyond friendly and welcoming.

Owner and staff were fabulous.

Air condition in the room was weak. We flagged this on the second day but they could do nothing about it unfortunately. The television in the room had no signals.

I hate to stay in hotels like this one since they are raising the quality standards for other hotels. Most probably we will not be able to find another accommodation to such standards for the last days of our trip. The hotel is amazing, sparkling clean and very cozy. The owners are really customer oriented and they try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Very quiet place with perfect beds and huge bathroom. Thank you again!

We should have booked a longer stay but next time we will do that.

Gorgeous hotel and the team were lovely, welcoming and attentive. Very clean and tranquil and the food was fresh and delicious. Just what we were after.

A drinks menu at the bar - we were never quite sure of the prices and in the end they were slightly higher than on the online menu that we were emailed before coming (sorry if there was one at the bar that we didn't spot).

Everything. Every detail was perfect, right down to beautiful pool umbrellas, just to give an example. Everyone was really kind and helpful!

Stunning property in one of the most picturesque little towns ever. Everything about the hotel was perfect. Gorgeous design, super comfortable, incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The property was so much nicer than it appears in the listing. A true gem and we will definitely be back.

Such a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful. A modern and chic gem in the middle of quaint and historic Sineu. The staff was amazing - friendly, helpful and so kind. Food was an unexpected treat - top quality, so delicious and some of the best food we had while in Mallorca. 10/10 would recommend!

We loved every single thing about this hotel, there isn't anything we could fault. It's perfect in everyway. Modern style in a traditional building with great care and effort taken to restore the building. You get a feeling of complete relaxation as soon as you walk through the door. The beautiful family who own it are wonderful and so helpful, they make you feel part of the family, they couldn't do enough. Breakfast and lunch were to die for, absolutely gorgeous. We couldn't have picked a better hotel!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Lovely owners & staff, the pool & courtyard are heavenly and the rooms are really nice. Location is also ideal to walk to local shops & restaurants.

We liked everything about Ten Mallorca! It was an absolute gem of a hotel in Sineu. Jo John and Hannah made our holiday absolutely perfect, they were very attentive the entire stay and helped sort out lots of birthday surprises on my birthday which I can’t thank them enough for. They made us feel so relaxed and happy which is what we needed. The hotel itself is is stunning, the decor is just beautiful with the rooms being individually designed. The whole hotel including main bar and pool area is so beautifully styled and we loved every moment being in this hotel. The food was delicious, beautifully prepared and so fresh; my husband and I had the p’am boli for breakfast every morning for 7 days as it was too good not to!! We simply cannot wait to come back! The entire experience was 10 out of 10. Thanks again to our wonderful hosts Jo John and Hannah and the lovely staff for making our holiday so special :) We will be coming back :)
