This is an incredible place not to miss. Fabrizio, as an architect, has done an amazing work renovating and refurbishing the last floor of the Palazzo. Rooms are beautiful and spacious as well as the common areas, mixing traditional craft with contemporary art. If you rent the two bedrooms, you will be alone to enjoy also the great jacuzzi on the terrace (and the whole apartment which is huge). The view over the city and the nearby duomo is also amazing. Fabrizio speaks mostly Italian and if you do you will get the most of the experience as he knows a lot about the history and the contemporary situation of Caltagirone and, more broadly, cultural expertises throughout Sicily.

I loved the apartment and the beautiful terrace. I was with my boyfriend and we felt at home. The atmosphere was perfect and the center location of the apartment. Fabrizio was a wonderful host who made our stay easy and comfortable. He helped us with his recommendations and support our requests. It was a really relaxing and enjoyable stay :)

The property is absolutely beautiful, so clean and the beds are very comfy. The styling of the venue is gorgeous. and the view from the terrace…. wow!!!! the host was so welcoming and friendly. met us on arrival and brought us fresh croissants for our journey home. I would stay again and recommend to friends. thank you Fabrizio

Fabrizio goes above and beyond to make your stay a pleasure. He loves his city and helps with suggestions on sights and restaurants, all winners. Breaskfast was a history lesson of Caltagirone and Sicily.....discussions of important architectural buildings and monuments. We can't recommend this B&B enough.

The owner who gave me the most amazing tips for ceramics shopping, the cute breakfast on the rooftop, the amazing view, and the tastefully designed rooms where every detail matters.

No elevator, but the host very kindly offered to help carrying the bags to the top floor.

Fabrizio & Angela were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Location was about 1 minute from the steps which was wonderful. Lots of space, great bathroom and common area and terrace. Fantastic old building with a really nifty huge doorway. Super clean.

We liked everything! Since we drove, and were unfamiliar with the town, we had a harder time parking than a local would have. We ended up preferring to park in a 24-hour free and walk, for simplicity, which ended up being totally fine (Via Circonvallazione di Ponente 336)

Beautiful place just a few meters from Caltagirone steps, really nice breakfast in the terrace. Fabrizio is very kind and helpful.

Everything was perfect.

A beautifully furnished room in a very central position with a fabulous breakfast. Altogether absolutely gorgeous and a gem! Our host kindly helped us resolve an issue with our hire car and even drove us to the mechanic (stopping off to show us various sites) to pick it up. This was an unforgettable stay hosted by the kind and generous Angela. Without her help our trip would’ve ended up in disaster.

We had an amazing stay at this B&B. The room was exceptional - perfectly decorated and so many great details. We had a lovely traditional Sicilian breakfast on the roof top terrace with amazing views. Our host was very friendly, gave us a lot of Tipps und ideas for visiting Caltagirone, restaurants and shops, and shared his knowledge of Sicilian traditions. The Location is absolutely perfect for exploring the city, it‘s right next to the Scala.

The B&B is located at the heart of Caltagirone and very quiet as it is on the top of a very nice “palazzo”. The host Fabrizio was just amazing and made our stay the unexpected hilight of our 14 days tour in Sicily. He knows a lot about the famous ceramics and gave us insights into the cities tradition and craftmanship. We really loved that stay - relaxing and charming :)

Our stay was beyond our expectations! The room was BEAUTIFUL and large. Our hosts went above and beyond to help with all our needs. The lovely rooftop terrace with views was perfect at night and for enjoying breakfast.

It was by far one of the most beautiful room I ever stayed in. Love the host. Really helpful and friendly. Will return and send my friends.

This is a 5 star B&B! Fabrizio and his wonderful wife are the kindest, most welcoming hosts. The whole appartment is an architektural gem, and the view over the whole city is one of a kind, not to mention the fantastic sicilian breakfast they served us 🙏We can‘t wait to return as soon as possible. ❤️

This place is a jewel. Ideally located in the historical center of Caltagirone, beautifully decorated by the owner who is an architect with an incredible jacuzzi on the terrace. The owners are full of attention, happy to give you travel tips and talk to you about the history of Sicily. The typical Sicilian breakfast with granita and brioche with the view on the roofs of Caltagirone is just magical. Will come back for sure !
