A lovely 2 storey home with 3 bedrooms. One with lovely big ensuite. The other 2 serviced by a split bathroom. Toilet and handbasin with big mirror in one and huge shower with basin and big mirror in the other. There were 6 of us. Two couples and mum and me so it was like having 3 bathrooms so very convenient for us. The view from upstairs of the hotel was magnificent. Various balconies to sit and relax. Huge TV. Felt like we were in the cinema. We had everything we needed. Could drive to all towns on the Bellarine so easily. A wonderful family getaway for mums 94th birthday. Very clean and lovely home. Andrew was fabulous to communicate with. A reccomendation would be to fix a few minor things around the house and a little maintence but that didn't affect our stay. Overall I would reccomend this house for a nice stay.

We had a lovely stay at Beach Belle Queenscliff. Great location to be able to walk everywhere and not need the car. The house has had everything we needed and was clean and neat.

This place is simply perfect for Families who wish to have a familiar environment to stay when on vacation somewhere else. Really comfortable and the hosts (Andrew & Nicole) are very friendly and reachable.
The level of consideration given to making the place comfortable in terms of entertainment for each and every guest member involved is really impressive. (PS3, PS4, Netflix, Kids’ Toys, Books etc…). You probably can’t be bored.
Even my daughter had toys to play with in her room, my 11months old had cots, strollers (although we went with ours) etc…
I hardly comment on bookings but this time I’m really impressed.
Just a few hiccups like:
The chair upstairs were a bit dusty and we had to clean it before we could sit on it especially because of the kids, and also it’ll be good to at least clean up the coffee capsules used by previous guests from the coffee machine. I opened it’s when it was difficult to insert a new one and it was gross…
Otherwise I give the place A++

Queenscliffe Getaway
The property is as described in a great location, with 3 out door areas to enjoy and a beautiful view from the first floor. The beds are comfortable and the linen and towels first class.
The internet and Netflix makes it an easy transition to home away from home and to relax in a comfortable setting.
The kitchen is well equiped for cooking, eating and drinking.
Andrew responds immediately to any query or to problem solve anything that is of concern.

Mother/Daughter Get-Away
Check-in delayed by owner by 1hour because the cleaners were apparently very busy .
Bags of linen left in entrance hallway for us to rummage through to find fresh towels ,etc.
Handwash dispensers empty , kitchen detergent empty, light globes missing . No bin liners to replace the ones we put out with the garbage . Cobwebs in the bathroom . No access to use of garage , garden needs weeding , litter in outdoor patio . Would have at least expected some milk in the fridge on arrival , and salt and pepper in the cupboard . BUT - the townhouse itself is lovely !!! Comfy beds , plenty of space , 3 outdoor areas , wonderful position with gorgeous view of the old Royal hotel , walking distance to absolutely everything in Queenscliff ! Just the little details mentioned above need to be addressed .

Queenscliff Beach Belle
We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Belle in Queenscliff. The property was true to listing, very clean with excellent well thought out amenities, and the location was fantastic. A short stroll to shops, restaurants, and an easy drive to the neighbouring seaside villages such as Point Lonsdale and Portarlington with good wineries along the way. Andrew and Nicole were very responsive to all queries.
Thank you for hosting us Andrew and Nicole. The only issue we had was that we should have stayed for much longer!! Definitely recommend this property and we hope to be back soon!

Short Getaway

Great property with plenty of space
Fantastic property with everything at your fingertips. Compact townhouse but the layout and 3 outdoor spaces made this property feel huge and everyone had their own space. BBQ on the deck was great place to watch the world go by.

All that you could ask for in this very well presented family holiday home in a great location. Loved the different outdoor areas and having a breakout room for the kids when they get too noisy!
