We enjoyed our stay so much over this beautiful mid-September weekend. The rental is perfect. Highlights were getting to use the outdoor shower and finding everything needed in the kitchen. All the beachy details inside remind you where you are at every turn when you're not on the beach itself, which is super close. Just charming! Thank you, Barbra!

Talk about location! A two minute walk to the beach, a beautiful from porch for watching the world go by, a great backyard for hanging out, and all the supplies (i.e. good beach chairs) make for a great spot. We enjoyed our stay!

My family of four had a fantastic week staying at Barbra’s property this August. The lower level unit is clean, has ample space and great outdoor options. We loved sitting out on the front porch for coffee in the morning and to relax in the evening. The best feature is the location - steps to the beach and only a short distance from all that Beach Haven has to offer. Barbra was very attentive throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this property to those looking to enjoy LBI.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very well kept and has all of the necessary kitchen items you need to make meals. The beach is very close which is an added benefit. Barbra checked in to see if we needed anything and to make sure all was well. We would definitely consider renting again!

Wonderful Getaway!
My family and I had a wonderful vacation! The property was clean and spacious enough for all of us. Close to restaurants and the beach is a minute walk away. We loved sitting on the front porch and having dinners on the back patio table.

Anniversary at the beach
My husband and I celebrated out 33rd wedding anniversary along with my sister and brother-in-law and my nephew and his wife. We all had a great time. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stock with any gadget or staple you could need. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. The decorations throughout out the house from the wall hangings to the beadspreads gave what we called "the cottage" all weekend a wonderful beach vibe. We sat out on the porch for coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. I personally LOVED the outside shower ! We enjoyed multiple walks to the beach, visited Bay Village and took a trip to the Barnegat lighthouse. The owners were super friendly and very attentive. We will definitely be back for another stay !

Lovely well-stocked house
We had a great time. It was my inlaws (in the queen) and my son and I were each in a room with a twin. The kitchen is one of the best stocked I've seen at a vrbo, had everything a cook would need with lots of durable plastic plates/bowls etc. There was more than enough to make the beach a fun outing. Easy to get to the beach. We had great weather, but if there had been 6 of us and rain, it would have been tight. The porch was great to hang and everyone was friendly and welcoming. The host was very responsive and access was easy.

Cozy and convenient with a gracious host
Cozy first floor condo with all the amenities you need - comfortable beds, beach gear, grill/outdoor table, and fully stocked kitchen (including spices, coffee for the Keurig and all cleaning supplies). It even had a waffle iron that I pulled out one day for my daughter and her friends. Floors have nice wood laminate which are very clean. Bathroom and kitchen are dated but also brought back good memories of the house I grew up in. So convenient to be this close to the beach and Beach Haven area. Atlantic Ave is a little noisy at times in peak evenings when the teens are biking about, but it’s all part of the LBI experience. Barbra is a great host and communicated with us to ensure everything was going well. Would definitely stay again.

June 2021 vacation
We recently stayed at Barbra's beach house for a week at the end of June 2021. The house was a good size for our family of 2 adults, toddler and baby.
The proximity to the beach was great making it very easy to walk to and from the beach! It was just a short walk to restaurants, ice cream and things to do with the kids (water park, fantasy island).
The house was clean and Barbra was very accomodative as a host. The outdoor shower was convenient and we enjoyed the backyard to eat some meals outside on the table. We enjoyed our trip and I would recommend staying here.

Beautiful - Clean and right near the beach
We loved this place. It was super clean so bright and cheery. The kitchen had everything you needed. There were chairs and beach cart. Nice back yard to grill dinner and sit with friends or family. It was the perfect get away so close to everything. Two grocery store so close. Water Park near by. Planning on coming back next year!

Wonderful week!
Had a lovely time here. House was as-advertised, clean, and very well-stocked. Very comfortable for our family of 4. Short walk to the beach and house includes beach chairs and toys. Conveniently located on the island. Barbra checked in mid-stay to see how things were going but we didn't have any issues to report during our stay.

Most relaxing weekend
My friends came from Albany, Saratoga and Massachusetts and we had a wonderful time. The house is charming, and just steps from the beach. It's the perfect space for a fun and relaxing time.

Great location for a great family getaway.
We had an A+ experience with not only the stay but the host made herself available for any help that we may have needed. The location was also perfect. One block from the beach made it great with kids. Look forward to a future trip back to LBI!
