Hermosa 465 sq. Ft estudio, totalmente remodelada. Privadas, amplia cocina, encimeras de granito con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable nueva y lavavajillas. Cama de matrimonio y sofá cama, capacidad para 4 personas. Separada de tocador con lavabo y zona de estar. Nueva, de doble cabezal de ducha e inodoro. Armario ropero, televisión de pantalla plana de 36 '. Cómoda sala de estar. Lavadora y secadora ubicada a las afueras de la unidad. Estacionamiento reservado para un auto. Disfrute de café de la mañana mientras se ve la gente que pasa. Gran lugar para la hora feliz y ver la puesta de sol y el olor de la brisa del océano.

This is our second time staying here. It was just as good this time around as the first. The location is great, as are the accommodations. Property management is very helpful and responsive, and everything is provided. One of the best choices for a stay in La Jolla Shores.

A nice, private studio in a GREAT location. Very short walk to the beach and to a variety of restaurants.
Short drive to Old Town San Diego and to Village of La Jolla.
The alley parking had minor inconveniences. When we arrived we couldn't park because the city had the alley closed. Next day there was a car parked in what was supposed to be our parking spot, when the car finally moved, a different car parked in the alley blocking access to the parking spot. We were lucky to find parking on the street nearby.
Overall, we would stay again and highly recommend.

I was disappointed not to find a welcoming basket awaiting us, as I have in other places similar to this. I expected something especially with the cost of the unit. We arrived late in evening and would have appreciated having something around for morning before we could shop.
Also it would be helpful if you give instructions on the air conditioning unit to indicate you have to hold it pointing to the unit in order to make it go. It took 2 warm nights to figure that out. Thought it was on but just lousy
And a few more washcloths for three females for five nights would be good… only had four.

Was a very cozy unit, convenient to all attractions. Owner was very accessible and quick to handle any arising problems. Was behind ice cream store, off an alley so was a little dark in unit but overall great place.

The unit is right next the beach and La Jolla shores restaurants. It’s very quiet, especially considering how centrally located the unit is. It was clean and well stocked with the essentials (kitchen supplies, dish soap, laundry detergent, beach toys, paper towels, etc). It’s a lower level unit with a side alley entrance but there are gates on both sides to block out any foot traffic so it feels very safe. Owners were very responsive and you can tell they genuinely want you to enjoy your visit. Perfect for our family of 3, wish we could have stayed longer!

The property was perfectly located in La Jolla Shores. Just a short 2 blocks from the beach and right behind the main strip of restaurants (which were all very good). The property was extremely clean and well laid out, which made it feel bigger than it was. Also, it is very conveniently located to other areas of San Diego and La Jolla (10 or so minute drive). Everything was provided including laundry detergent, beach chairs, beach toys and wagon. Definitely plan on staying here again.

This property has a spectacular location, only a 5 minute, 2 block walk to the beach, and some of La Jolla’s best restaurants right outside the door. It was also so convenient to have the use of beach chairs, beach equipment, and beach umbrellas available for our use. It was a perfect size for two adults. Our only issue was the persistent smell of sulfur from the bathroom and sink drains. I reached out to Leti and she was able to assess the property during our stay and had a plumber in after we vacated to fix the issue. I wish this had been rectified sooner as some other tenants before us had mentioned the same in their reviews and it wasn’t fixed at that time, but overall we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the incredible convenience of the location.

Gorgeous place in amazing location!
The place is so beautiful and includes almost everything you need for your home. The location is unbeatable! Only 3 blocks from the beach, and many fun shops and restaurants are just right there. If you like to stroll other than the beach, you can enjoy many beautiful houses and building in the neighborhood. The host is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!

Nice studio apt in great location
This studio apt has everything we needed and is in such a great location. We enjoyed the beach, walking the boardwalk, the shops and restaurants as well as the coast walk to La Jolla Shores. And, we even enjoyed San Diego, Torrey Pines Park, Escondido and Temecula.

Small space packs big punch
Positives:
Location is perfect, space is well appointed (you wont need to bring anything from home), furniture is comfortable (except dining chairs) space feels safe and private because of the locking gates, owners communicate well, ac works well, priced well for area, double sinks and dressing area nicely set up.
Negatives:
Parking in alley is tight and multiple trucks come through servicing other businesses, trash pickup is early, loud and often, trash smell comes in through windows at times, space does not have a lot of natural light being that you are between 2 buildings on the bottom floor
All that being said, I would stay again because the value and positives out way the negatives

Great little beach getaway
The property was perfect for a small family wanting to spend days at La Jolla Shores. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for a few days away. The location is great for those wanting to spend time at La Jolla Shores beach and pop out for some food or a treat in the evening.
The beach toys and wagon available for use were a nice perk (as well as the smell of waffle cones that often drifted through the apartment), and having a reserved parking spot was much appreciated.
This is a great little unit and perfect for those that just want to lazily head to and from the beach without the hassle of driving, parking, planning, etc.

My friend and I went for a nice friend mothers Day getaway trip. The place worked great for us. Felt safe and was clean and was according to what we expected needed. It was also within walking distance to a beach which was really nice. Very happy with stay and dealing with the owner manager through email.

Cozy place near the beach
Perfect sized place for teenage daughter & myself while we visited mid-December. Directly behind Scoops ice cream/coffee/treat shop and near Avenida de la Playa restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen appreciated. We hope to visit again!

Great location and lovely apartment!
We were extremely happy with our stay here and will definitely be coming back! The owners did an amazing job of ensuring we had all the information we needed to find the place and access all the gates and locks. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Looking forward to our next visit!
