Very nice flat in the very center of Orleans. You can walk everywhere from there. Nicely decorated and a big plus: one shower per bedroom!

Very noisy at night as it is located on the square: all night long you have the noise from people talking on the terrasses of restaurant or partying and listening to loud music

Some used items we assume were from previous stays, such as coffee pods. A couple of dirty glasses. Smell from bedroom sink.

Steep stairs tough to negotiate with heavy bags.

the property is up two flights of stairs and they are very steep and narrow - This wasn’t clear. I don’t feel the existing reviews reflect the property we stayed in. It was hard to find due to poor information. The communal hall etc were filthy - we had rubbish on the floor. Its shown as having a reception so we assumed people would be on site. This isn’t the case, it’s an apartment let like air b&b. The apartment interiors were ok but only one tiny toilet and it had wee in it on arrival. It didn’t feel clean. There were random cleaning objects dotted around in the rooms. The whole place stank… it was horrendous. Made worse when using the shower so I assume it’s a blocked drain somewhere. There are wires etc visible. Smoke alarm didn’t look like it worked. It’s a very dated building and doesn’t feel safe. The only positive was the location but the stairs ruined that. We wouldn’t book again and we are done with using booking.com after two poor experiences.

Perfect location, beautiful apartment, beautiful view on the busy place and to the cathedral, still quiet and calm at night

This apartment looks like the best apartment one can get in Orlean. The location is superb and the apartment is absolutely gorgeous

There are 50 steep stairs to the apartment. Other that that all is wonderful
