The location of the property is excellent, very close to the historic streets with local restaurants and bars, and also the sea. The square in front is very beautiful, also at night. We liked the old fireplace in the appartement, the authentic locks of the wooden doors at the terrace, the tiles on the floor. We also had 2 Maltese balcons, which is rare to find. The management of the property was responding almost immediately to any questions we had. They even sent a person to check on us after we informed them about a small issue in the apartment, which we managed to solve anyway. The living room had modern furniture and was spacey enough. The TV was large, although we couldn't find any channels (but we also didn't ask additionally how can it be fixed). The kitchen is nicely equipped for those willing to cook there. It was clean. We liked that there was a coffee machine and some coffee pads left for us. The fridge is quite big and new. At night, it was very quiet. Also in the mornings, during the weekend, there was not much noise around. The self check in was fast. Instructions about entering the apartment and local rules were quite clear. There are works on two buildings next to the property (it was mid-January), but this didn't bother us and at the time we were in the apartment we couldn't hear big noise. Indeed, you may hear some church bells in the morning, but this is normal and was for some seconds, less than half a minute.

Unfortunately, the bed in the sleeping room was a bit too short for us (as we are relatively tall). The windows of the Maltese balcons could be cleaned from outside from time to time. Payment was indeed via a bank transfer, and not through the booking here. There is a self check-in, and for those not used to it, may raise some questions, but the property management was very correct to explain everything. Those things are also well written in the rules here.

Located in a very central and charming historic place, I must say that I am very happy that I chose this apartment to stay in. I was able to visit almost everything in a short time. Excellent value for money

Non c'è molto da dire dato che sia la struttura in sè si presenta fantastica che la cordialità dei proprietari e sopratutto la sua ubicazione ne fa un appartamento davvero perfetto, tornerò senza alcun dubbio

The location is perfect, just in the middle of old town with an amazing view on the church and see. The flat is nice and modern.

The noise of restoration outside was at moments unbearable. But we were informed before that the construction is going so we were not shocked. The only bathroom in one of the bedrooms is a bit of a nuisance. Also the need to take pictures of passports (which I never send online due to safety reasons) and the discussion about it on messages was tiresome.

Ubicación realmente perfecta para desplazarse cómodamente y visitar las maravillas que ofrece La Valeta en sus alrededores. Apartamento de estilo super moderno, camas cómodas y baños estupendos.

L'appartamento si presenta molto bene, ottima la disposizione delle varie stanze. Tutto molto moderno, stupendi i bagni. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale.

Io e il mio ragazzo non potevamo fare scelta migliore, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Ogni stanza merita, ma la cucina davvero molto bella!

The location is perfect, it’s close to everything in Valletta, including the ferry to Sliema and the history landmarks. The view is spectacular during sunsets. Everything is provided by the property (iron, air dryer).

It’s hard to find free parking spaces nearby.

View is amazing

Lift did not work, barbecue did not work, washing machine did not work etc.. No proper table for lunch/dinner. Very noisy as construction work is ongoing on Independence place.

Is the first time I have been to valetta, I must say that this apartment allowed me to visit it at its best. The interior design was simply impeccable, the beds very comfortable, and it was well equipped

We liked the location.

Temperatures were above 100 F but we were only supposed to use one of the three air conditioners as stated in the guest book. We were so uncomfortable and did not sleep. The only unit we could use was in the living room. We had no access to remotes for the bedroom units.

It wasn't very well insulated and only one Aircon unit for the whole apartment, even running it all night it was not enough to cool 4 people down

The place was amazing. Its near to the ferry spot, there are many restaurants just few steps away. The view of the terrace was great! Air conditionier was the best advantage cause while we visited there was over 40 degrees.
