My group spent 2 days at the house for a work retreat. The house was amazing and had everything they needed. Lots of space for everyone. Will definitely book this location again!

Wonderful property and great location and view of Lake Lanier. We had access to two docks on the lake one to keep our boat and the other with kayak, paddle boards and swim ladder. Plenty of parking on the property and even space for our boat trailer (although the drive way is a little steep but manageable). The number of bedrooms and baths easily accommodated our family of 18. The very large main floor kitchen and huge refrigerator was perfect for preparing meals and storing leftovers (the men are all great cooks). The lower level also had a decent kitchen and fridge for extra food and drinks. J, Smith was very welcoming and responsive to our questions and needs (he checked in periodically to assure our stay was enjoyable). Overall we had a great time and even considering we may return in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely vacation home with our adult children and grandchildren. The layout suited us perfectly, the amenities were awesome and J and the property manager were very nice and quick to respond. We rented a boat from a nearby rental company for the whole time we were there, but honestly, we could have just rented it for half the time as the kids and adults had so much fun just enjoying the property!

This was the perfect hosting location for the annual reunion of our friends and their ever-expanding family units. With all families having their own bedroom and bathroom, and the close proximity to Atlanta's airport, this was an ideal location. Plus, you can't beat the lakefront location. If you're looking for a place where you can enjoy your time on-site, this is it!

Our group of 14 unrelated women appreciated the balance between plenty of personal space and common areas where we could gather comfortably. The view of the lake was stunning!
Communication with the owner/property manager couldn't have been better. They were responsive and thorough. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for what we needed: space for 14 college fraternities buddies to relax and spend quality time with each other. There were beds for everyone, great living and dining space, beautiful outdoor grounds, and a well equipped kitchen. The house manager communicated well and helped answer all our questions

We had a large group and this home accommodated us perfectly. The kids were able to have their own space and then plenty of room when we all wanted to eat and play together. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again in the future.

The views of the lake were as advertised. We had 13 people in our group. There were bedrooms for everyone and plenty of bathrooms available. The lower level was a great recreational level. The main level of the home was a fantastic gathering place for meals or games. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This house was AMAZING! It is better in real life than the pictures actually depict. The host are were available throughout for questions. We had 6 families staying here, and everyone slept comfortably. They had toys and board games for kids of all ages. The sunrise and sunset views were amazing. Great place to stay, hope to stay here again.

Great house for large family get together. The layout was great having 2 kitchen areas and 2 living areas as we had 4 generations in the house. The view was amazing! The owner was very responsive and I would definitely recommend the house to others.

Beautiful home on Lake Lanier. Our middle son was married near by in Buford, so we rented several houses for family and friends for the weekend. We had an amazing weekend and would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

There were a total of 15 ladies that combined our Girls Trip Reunion for 2023. Our age ranged from 26-36 & 65-70. We have done this "Girls Trip" for several years...But ! This time was the best ! This beautiful Home and Location in Buford made this an awesome trip. Every picture you see is what you can expect. We felt so at home, away from home. The view from the back deck, is to die for. We couldn't stop staring out the doors or windows... We already want to start booking for our next trip... The location of the home, is in range of shopping and eating....
To end my review... I must tell you how wonderful the Property Manager was. J. Smith - was Awesome, from the beginning of me booking this home. He stayed in touch through-out our stay. He made it very easy to contact him as well. All 15 of us can't stop bragging on Everything we experienced.

The lake house served as a base of operations for celebrating my mothers 82nd birthday. She enjoyed watching the water activities from the first floor rear patio. Ample beds, baths, and amenities. Wonderful views of the lake, especially at sunrise. Owner was very responsive to all inquiries and maintenance requests. Great time had by all.

This was our 5th annual cousin's weekend and our favorite ever because of this amazing house. The view is spectacular. The house has everything you could want. We were worried about not having a pool, but the kids had a blast jumping off the dock and swimming around. We also rented boats for the weekend to explore the lake. It was perfect.

This house was spectacular. So much space and room for family and friends to be together but also get personal space. The dock was relaxing as well as some of the best views of Lake Lanier. This property provided our extended family members the perfect setting to gather, relax and reconnect. Proximity to ATL made logistics a breeze as we had convened from all points of the U.S. The layout and floor plan works well for multiple families to spread out. The lake views from the deck and house are spectacular and serene. Our favorite location to gather was on the floating dock at waters edge and on the large back deck. The home and property was spacious, beautiful, peaceful, clean, and had everything you would need or expect to need. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, and extras. Great communication with host, friendly, kind, and proactive. We will stay here again when in the area. There are great local restaurants very close. Overall a really great trip and experience!

I can't tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The views were incredible, and the accommodations were phenomenal. J, the host, was a real pleasure to work with, and did a great job of getting us in and out, as well as addressing any concerns. All that, combined with the price point, makes this the perfect stay.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house on the lake. Seventeen of us were there to celebrate our fathers’s 80th birthday. The house was perfect for big family dinners, nightly pool games, relaxing hot tub dips and fishing in the lake.
J.Smith was fantastic at communicating with us prior and during our stay. He was super easy to work with.
The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas with a 16’ tree in the foyer and a full beautiful tree in the family room. With the wood fire going and the tree lit up, it made for a cozy gathering spot.

Myself and 6 coworkers stayed in the home while attending a work conference. It was perfect in every possible way. The team aspect of being together as a group for social time in the evening was invaluable. This house is perfect for families or groups. No complaints or issues at all. My husband and I brought all of our adult kids and their families to the rental property for Thanksgiving. The house was large enough that each family had their own space. The kitchen was huge and we all cooked together. The children loved the lake and spent hours outside exploring. Beautiful spot on Lake Lanier. The owner was responsive aand did everything to make our stay comfortable and fun. We had a great time!

From the beginning process to the check out was very smooth and easy!! Jay was very prompt with responding to any questions I had and made everything very accommodating for our Ladies Retreat!! The home was perfect and had everything we needed and more!! The access to the lake was perfect and beautiful!! All the ladies loved the spacious room we had and the huge kitchen table was perfect for all our meals and the craft time that we had!!

This VRBO experience was off the charts! The house was just perfect for celebrating Mom’s 80th surprise birthday weekend! The huge kitchen/ family room area on the main floor easily accommodated all 24 of us . The deck was great for my elderly father who could not get down to the dock but could still see all the activity. There is a second full kitchen in basement. The hot tub was great. The house was super clean and beds very comfortable. J was an outstanding host who went above and beyond! I would highly recommend this property! Our family will definitely be returning!
