A Beautiful home that is super clean with very comfortable beds, nice comfortable furniture both inside and outside. Bikes and beach equipment and pool accessories were all in great condition. Can’t wait to visit again!

This property is as advertised. Huge kitchen, great master bed/bath and very nice secondary bedrooms/bathroom. The highlight of the property is the enormous lanai with heated pool nicely equipped with plenty of furniture, lighting, ceiling fan and pool toys. We loved this property and would highly recommend it.

Perfect house for a family! The pool was warm and had all the toys. Sort drive to the beach. House was extremely clean, and had updated appliances. We would love to stay here again.

I stayed here for a long weekend with friends and we really enjoyed everything about it! The house is immaculate, very comfortable with everything we needed and clear directions with regard to the house and helpful area information provided. Communication with Grisel was very easy. This house was amazing, it had everything you need to feel right at home. The house was super clean and very well maintained. The owners were amazing with our accommodation request and responded to our messages very quickly. My family and I loved this property and will stay here again next time we visit Marco Island.

I was in town on business and brought my 18 and 11 year old daughters. My family rents on Marco 2-3 times a year, usually on a canal. This was our first time staying inland and it didn't disappoint. Amenities galore, house is tastefully decorated, pool was heated when we used it which was a nice treat. Lots of closet space in bedrooms, a great supply of beach toys, coolers, beach buggy wagon and beach chairs. The owner was in contact with us prior to check-in and day of check-in and answered the few questions we had during our stay promptly. Beds are supper comfortable and neighborhood is quiet. For a Sunday through Friday stay in January we felt the price was a great value compared to other rental homes on island. It fit our needs perfectly and we had a great week of sunny warm weather.

The house and property were so well taken care of. The heated pool was amazing! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with my boys and I.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home over the New Year's week/weekend. The house is newer and well equipped with all the items you need during your stay. We loved being able to open the living room doors to have easy access to the pool for the kids. The beds are very comfortable. All items in the listing were in the house. Hosts were great with check-in and check-out process.

Myself and my husband stayed in this wonderful Villa as we were visiting the USA from the UK, the villa was well more than we excepted, the villas was clean & tidy, spacious, loved the pool area which was excellent, booking process was easy to use and Ray & Grisel we’re great hosts, great location, loved Marco Island will definitely visit again

My husband, college-age son, elderly parents and I stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend and had a fabulous time! Everything was exactly as described. The house is clean, functional and conveniently located. Having beach towels, coolers and chairs was very helpful. We enjoyed morning swims in the pool, shelling on the beach, long walks around the island and so many great restaurants. This was our first visit to Marco Island, but it certainly won't be our last. We look forward to our next vacation!

This home was exactly what we were looking to find for our end of summer vacation. We have been to Marco a number of times in the past, but always stayed in hotels. We just wanted some nice, quality family time, so we opted for a private home this trip. We couldn't have been happier. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, has the perfect layout, wonderful outdoor space, and in a great location. We were coming from just a few hours away, so we could have brought whatever we needed, but we didn't have to. They have pool and beach toys for the kids, plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, and coolers. They also have two adult bikes and helmets. The home is in a quiet location and has a beautiful pool. We didn't need anything while we were there, but the owners were very responsive during the few times we reached out prior to the trip. We would definitely stay here again for a future trip to Marco. We highly recommend this home.

The property is beautiful. The pool toys and beach toys were very much enjoyed by our children. Check in and out was very simple and Grisel was very responsive. We'd definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed at this property for our honeymoon, and we couldn't have asked for anything better!! The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. While we did venture to the beach a few times, we loved having the incredible pool area even more! Any questions we had while we were staying there were answered quickly. We spent the week dreaming about being able to come back to Marco Island and staying here again some day!

I never write reviews, but for this I will! First and foremost, the home was exceptionally clean and tidy. I have OCD and always clean first thing when staying anywhere. For this home literally, nothing to clean when we arrived. So that’s first. Secondly, the pool is amazing. The outdoor space is beautiful. There were 6 of us. 4 adults and 2 children. Plenty of outdoor space to relax. There were toys and floats at the house which was super convienient. The beds! Very comfortable. Even the pillows. I am used to being uncomfortable because I can be alittle finicky, but these were perfect. Beach accessories! They have chairs, umbrellas, wagons, and even sand toys! Beach towels too!!! We only had to bring my sons puddle jumper which was no biggie! Advice on beach access, parking is a nightmare. So we found going between 7-9 was perfect to park in the turtle lot or down by the south beach access. We tried to go at noon one day and no parking. So there is something to be aware of. The kitchen was beautiful and had all the dishes you need. We typically cook dinner at on vacation several nights. So this was super helpful. TVs in every room is a life saver when traveling with several people. The kids could watch their shows in their room at night. My parents watched their tv. And in the living room we had movie night. This was great for our needs. Grocery and food. The Publix is great, Winn Dixie is close too. Publix does drive up which we did on the way down and it was ready when we arrived. Winn Dixie didn’t have that option. Publix is more expensive but the convenience of it was worth it! Pinchers is a great place if you want to eat out! Also the ice cream places on the island are amazing! There’s a sandwich shop by the enterprise that’s amazing!!!!! Flight! We flew into Punta Gorda and it was a straight flight! Two hours from Louisville. Punta Gorda is an hour from Marco Island. I recommend! We flew Allegiant! Communication with the owners! Wow amazing. The house was ready two hours early, which was nice because we were there early. Grisel was responsive to any questions I had. She was also very sweet. I had the pleasure of speaking with her on the phone. She really takes pride in the home and really cares about her guests!! Can’t say enough great things! I rely on reviews especially when taking my kids anywhere so I wanted to write a thorough review for the mommas planning trips! I hope this is helpful!!!

This is the place you, and especially families, should consider for your next Marco Island vacation. The property is immaculate with mature landscaping that completely encapsulates the backyard pool area. Truly your own private oasis. Check-in was a breeze and the response to questions was nearly instantaneous. The garage is stocked with pool/beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and wagons. The home is conveniently located minutes from grocery stores, coffee (yes, Starbucks), restaurants and most importantly the beach. Very competitively priced considering the home is new and has everything you need for a more than comfortable stay.

Our family enjoyed this beautiful home for 5 days. The home was exactly as advertised, and the owners have great communication. The home has all of the amenities to make you feel right at home. We took advantage of the pool, BBQ grill, & washer and dryer. There's everything that you need in the garage to go the beach for the day. Coolers, chairs, umbrellas, and carts to pull it all in. We couldn't have asked for more. We would definitely recommend this home and will consider it for our future trips to Marco Island!

We have kids ages 15, 12, and 10. This house was perfect for our family. It is beautiful! They supplied us with all we needed for the beach, which is a quick drive. The pool was so great to have! Communication was great. Would highly recommend this home!

This house is absolutely fantastic. The hosts, Ray and Grisel are so nice and so responsive not that we needed to reach them too often as the house was laid out perfectly. This was our second visit to Marco island, and this was one of the best properties we have rented anywhere. Kids got a ton of use of the pool and we would come back in an instant.

My brother and I brought my Dad back to Marco for the first time since 1964. This was the perfect home base for our adventures! The house is AMAZING! It may actually be undersold on the website. It could not have been any better. Location was perfect for morning walks, including Wednesday's walk to the farmer's market. Just perfect! I can't say it enough!
