We were 3 families with mostly older teens and young adults. House was very well equipped and in a great location for the seafront. There is short term parking outside for unloading and then a cheap long stay car park a few minutes walk away.
House was a good size with a sunny backyard area with large table.
Contrary to other reviews, there are 2 proper showers which was more than adequate for us.
Everything was very clean and ready to go with keypad entry so easy to get in.

Great property, local to everything you need ! 9 of us stayed and 1 dog only problem we had is only 1 shower and that wasn’t fantastic but we managed, certainly wouldn’t stop us using it again.

Good location, beach, shops and supermarkets all in walking distance. Good train and bus services to other towns.
As no parking at property we used eastcliff carpark only 2 minute walk, it was cheaper for the week than the station carpark.
Only downside, only one overhead shower, with three teenagers and six adults there was a morning queue for a shower. Also stairs very steep for those that have limited mobility.
But overall our family enjoyed their holiday

We were pretty pleased with the accommodation - it wasn't perfectly/brand newly decorated, but think for the price it was a very good property with large bedrooms. Location is very central which was perfect for us and the garden was lovely too!

We spent a long weekend, celebrating a family birthday. The location was absolutely perfect for our needs. Parking was easy in the station car park and not too expensive. There were lots of shops, cafes, restaurants all within a few minutes walk. We enjoyed a stroll on the beach and a very easy train ride to explore Dawlish.
The staircase is quite steep and having bedrooms and bathrooms on different levels could be an issue for some. Also having only one overhead shower and baths rather than a shower cubicle may not suit everyone.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Although perhaps not for anyone with mobility issues or small children.

We all had a lovely time ,pluses were good wifi and tv, close to the beach and town only 1 thing we would have liked 2 overhead showers .The grandchildren were sad to leave

We had a great stay at this property, everything was clean and tidy on arrival, plenty of room for the 12 of us, shops, pubs, sea front, train station all a couple of mins walk away, the owners are very nice and quick to respond, we will definitely be returning

Beautiful house, clean, cosy and well-equipped. Suitable for families as well as groups of ladies like us wanting a weekend away.
The location is perfect, just around the corner from the train station and everything else is in walking distance and easy to find … beach, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores and the town centre all a lovely walk away from the house.
There is no parking with the property but there is ample parking at the train station at a reasonable price.
We all enjoyed our weekend at this house and in the town and would definitely go back to this “home away from home”.

Ideal central spot for large family group
We had a lovely time. The property was ideally situated. Spacious, clean and very well equipped. People have mentioned lack of parking but there was a big car park just up the road where we safely parked the car. If I had to pick out any negatives all I can say is maybe the stairs were a bit challenging/dangerous for little ones and maybe some stair gates might help. We all had a lovely time and would definitely stay there again!

We had a lovely weekend. The house was very clean and well equipped. There was plenty of room for us all. It is right in the centre of town with easy access to walks along the promenade and beaches.

The house itself was amazing, a lovely big lounge and all the bedrooms and kitchen were great. It was lovely to be all together in the evening. The downside was that it was noisy from the main road outside the house and there were nowhere to park the cars, so we used the car park on the hill. No good for me as I have heart disease and osteoarthritis of my joints. The house situation was good as I could walk into town and along the beach. Otherwise we had a great weekend and lovely weather.

We stayed for a weekend for my son's wedding. We were a large group from 4 years to 66. This house is in an excellent location only minutes from the shops and sea front. It was even better than described. Thank you

Great House & Garden. Perfect Location.
We had a great week staying at this property in Teignmouth - with everything on the doorstep. In fact after unloading our bags we parked our cars at the top of the hill and didn’t use them again until we left. The owner answered any questions we had straight away - though we didn’t have to ask any about the house as everything provided. Teenagers in the group were able to go out and do their own thing - very safe place. Definitely recommend.

"Location Location Location"
Within minutes of everything the Beach, Parking (purchased permit £30 for the week) Lidl, Station and Town Centre. Great outdoor space at the back where the sun goes down with very large table and BBQ. Cross the road at the front and go through Church grounds and the promenade is across the road (most of it traffic free)
Had some good days out - Ferry to Exmouth, Wildwood Escot (kids loved this one) Kents Caverns in Torquay, Crabbing on the Back beach etc. Fish and Chips at the end of the street can be enjoyed on the promenade.
Everything went smoothly while we were there and the place was spotless with lots of crockery pans and oven space. Bedrooms spacious and comfortable with plenty clean towels and beach towels. Had Ian's mobile if we had an issue. However did not need it as everything went well and we would certainly recommend this as a "holiday home" we would go back too.

Lovely house
It was very exciting to arrive at this lovely house. It was very clean and comfortable with 6 BIG bedrooms. There was also a nice garden room and and the courtyard garden is quite big with a table to seat 12. It really is only 5 minutes to the town and the beach. Wonderful stay
