What a great vacation home for a beach vacation! Ample space for all, ocean views from decks, walking distance to everything in the town, and the best part-out the door and onto the beach! You can literally park your car for the week because down the block the Jolly Trolley will take you to Rehoboth. The house is full of amenities and very comfortable. You will not be disappointed.

It Completely met our needs. There were a few issues that we had to work through, but the Owner was nearby and was very accommodating. We appreciated the attention we received and would highly recommend this property to any family who wants to be right next to the beach. We were very pleased.

The rental was just as described and the location was perfect. Can’t wait to return. Host was very responsive and helpful. Great time had by all especially the four legged guest.

First of all, the location was perfect, only steps away from the beach, dog friendly and everyone had a great time. Unfortunately, Dewey Beach got hit with a tropical storm for part of the time which made it challenging, but we made the best of it and will definitely come back to this location.

We enjoyed the townhouse in Dewey Beach especially because its dog friendly and right on the beach. The house was clean and well kept. Its nice to park the car and leave it with everything close by.

Our experience in the past was that the photographs and descriptions were exaggerated to make the property appearance better than what we actually got. But this time the rental was actually better than what we were expected. The place was very spacious and the photos did not do the place justice. The interior finishes and decor had been updated since the photos were taken. The kitchen was very well appointed. It was just steps to the beach. We will rent again next year.

We were so impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of this home, and the care with which the hosts have outfitted it for guests. They really made us feel at home with many thoughtful kitchen tools and supplies, cleaning supplies, beach paraphernalia, very comfortable beds, seating options indoors and out, entertainment items, and very attractive art and decor. They even remembered to provide items for the doggies: bowls, toys, and a gate to keep doggies on the deck! The location is great too: right next to the beach on a quiet street.

This property is perfect for going to the beach, but also is close to restaurants, bars, entertainment and shopping. This place was able to accommodate the eight of us easily and our puppy too. We had a great time and hope to be able to vacation here again next year!

Excellent for being near beach . Town clean and the trolly was great for not having to move car. Parking at place was tight but trolly was able to take you to different area. I would reserve unit again!

Only a few short steps to a dog-friendly beach! Everyone could come and go as they pleased. Nice house and lovely deck. We will return to this property!

Perfect spot to stay; great location! Right next to the beach; and restaurants/stores all within short walking distances. The house was clean upon arriving and the owner was quick to respond to any questions. Thank you Ronna; our family had a great time!
If you do have a large SUV or truck the private parking spot in the back is very tight. We had to use the alternate public parking spot to park our truck.

We loved our stay and have already booked our next vacation. Location was great! Steps from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and ice cream. Dog bowls and toys were there to welcome our Rosie. Owner was great and kind.

Rental was easy and communication was great. Although parking for a third car was super expensive. Office was closed on the weekend so we were told to pay each day through the app. It cost $20 per day.

Best rental I have made in a long tine. Very clean. Had everything I needed. Very close to the beach. Very flexible with my schedule. . I would rent again.

Fantastic place
We had a fantastic time. Out 2 small dogs really enjoyed the beach. Property was clean, location close to the beach, and many restaurants were available close by. We will definitely want to go back.

Perfect rental! The condo was better than expected. It was clean, spacious, with a view of the ocean and in a great location! Owner always got right back to me with my many questions. Nothing was lacking! We would rent again in a heartbeat!

This place is great: airy, spacious, and with a beautiful view of the beach. The fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom are definitely on the older side, but everything worked well and we appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Over all, we had a wonderful stay!
