I liked everything, especially the staff. It is a lovely place to come during the warm season.

The place does not have heating other than the Air Conditioning and, for me, it was cold without it, and noisy with it on.

Interior design was perfect.The staff was very friendly and helpful.The room was comfortable and clean.Good breakfast.Centrally located.Close to everywhere.I liked both the city and the guest house.One of the best accomodations I have ever stayed during my vacation.

Personal foarte amabil si dornic sa te ajute in orice problema; mic dejun consistent; camere spatioase, curate si foarte confortabile; amplasare pe bulevardul central; zona de promenada excelenta; spatii de servit masa foarte aproape.

In camera 11 nu exista frigider; doar in camera 10 am avut. Un mare inconvenient este lipsa parcarii, o problema pentru tot centrul orasului. Exista zone de parcari cu plata (9 leva pe zi) insa parcarea trebuie achitata prin SMS de pe un numar de Bulgaria (informatii in poza atasata). Am primit insa ajutorul personalului in acest sens (au dat ei SMS si noi le-am achitat lor taxa de parcare). Atentie: nu lasati masina parcata fara sa achitati parcarea pentru ca va va fi ridicata.

Leuke quest house en leuke kamer. Heerlijk bed. Midden in het centrum dus drukke omgeving. In de buurt wat goede restaurants en leuk barretje om wat te drinken. Wifi goed en parkeren deden wij in een betaalde en bewaakte parkeergelegenheid op loopafstand tegen een goede prijs.

Het ontbijt was prima verzorgt en veel teveel maar de broodjes kregen we niet naar binnen zo taai. de kamerverlichting liep op sensor. Daar zijn we helemaal voor maar op een kamer werkt het niet helemaal . Als je in de nacht naar de toilet wilde gingen dus allerlei lichten aan wat je natuurlijk helemaal niet wil in de nacht. En in het toilet ging het weer uit als je er nog op zat. Stad zelf is weinig aan

Cute little guest house located in the center of town. My room on the 3rd floor was spacious and clean. I was the only guest on that floor so it was quiet and nice, and I even had a small terrace all to myself. The staff was very helpful and courteous, the woman at the reception spoke really good English. Breakfast was good and more than enough to give you energy to visit the town. A great stay, I will stay here again if I'm back in Veliko Tarnovo.

Locația este amenajată într-o clădire veche, însă totul este curat.

Camera este slab organizată, cu un televizor pe un perete lateral în raport cu patul, doar cu un cuier mic, fără dulap haine. Micul dejun este sumar aranjat pe o farfurie pentru fiecare persoană. Am solicitat un ceai și mi s-a adus cam trei sferturi de ceșcuță, probabil apa acolo este foarte scumpă. Totul este cu porții mici. Este chiar la strada principală, cu trafic intens și zgomotos. Tânăra de la recepție nu a știut să explice la telefon unde se află exact locația, motivând că nu este localnică. În final am descoperit - o singur. Locația nu are parcare și nu este voie să oprești. Cea mai apropiată parcare este la cca. 100 m, cu plată, mai puțin în intervalul orar 18 - 09. Pentru o cameră cu balcon am plătit în plus10 euro, balcon foarte îngust, cu două scăunele rabatabile și o măsuță rotundă mică metalice fără acoperiș ... și culmea - afară a început ploaia.

The guest house is super nice and authentic. We appreciated the temperature difference compared with the heath outside. Staff was super nice and helped guiding us to a nearby parking.

Sleep was a challenge. If it weren't for the noise of the cars and motorcycles that we heard all night long, I would have rated it with a 10.

It was full of heritage character and centrally located.

We've been able to check in few hours earlier because the room was ready. They helped us paying the parking. Location is right in the center. Breakfast has a good variety and quality products. They have umbrellas for rainy days. Rooms are very well soundproofed. Everything is how it should be!
