Location was good

Property inside in need of repair. Oven door broken, holes in walls, missing flush button in toilet. Missing cabinet door. Not like the pictures. Not a good impression of UK’s rental properties for my family who came from abroad to visit me.

The bed and beddings not good and broken in one of the room. No big towels provided

Henry is a really nice host, he accommodated our parking before we could access the property, was really available for any requests and let us stay beyond check out time the next day. He welcomed us when we arrived and gave us a thorough tour of the property.

Something was left in the dishwasher and this made the kitchen really stink. We found a chicken bone on the rug, an opened bottle of Fanta behind the sofa and an opened condominium wrapper under one of the beds. Also, the property was booked for 9 people, but one of us had to sleep on the sofa, I think it sleeps 8 people more than 9!

House is comfortable, good for big family. Good location.

First of all the housekeeper didn't came to meet us, didn't answer to our calls, we just communicated with e-mail. House was a mess, we were sleeping on dirty bed sheets, in dishwasher was moldy dish like is not cleened for months.
