This is our third stay here. This house is great and has a good location on the creek. The house is always clean and ready to occupy. We enjoy staying here and will book this house again.

This is our second time staying here at New Years with friends and we couldn’t have had a better time. There was a little trouble with the well pump when we arrived but things happen and the property manager got it taken care of immediately. Couldn’t expect more than that! Well equipped kitchen made preparing meals really easy. Love the house and the area. I would recommend to anyone , I can’t imagine they’d be disappointed.

My family and I found this property to be amazing and it surpassed our expectations. The pictures do not fully capture the spaciousness, and design that makes the home comfortable and more than adequate for family interaction and enjoyment. The home is tastefully decorated and well furnished. The only issues were the lack of phone service - but we were able to use the WI-FI calling feature on the phones. We did have a problem with loss of DIRECTV but once we contacted the owners, they worked tirelessly to have services restored. I would strongly recommend this home especially for large family gathering since it allowed for group gathering as well as space for spreading out. Having the 2 kitchens was an extra bonus.

This home had everything and more for our group getaway! The pictures do not do this home justice- such a beautiful space. We will definitely keep it on our list for future visits.

It was my birthday, and I had the best time in 55 years. The house is so beautiful. The pictures Dora no justice for this home. I have found my vacation home for every event in my future. I can't say enough to describe how wonderful this home is. Thank you for opening up your home to me an my family. I have rented so many other homes, but bybfar this one was the best. It accommodated our every need. Would definitely recommend this home.

This was our second time renting this home. It’s clean and spacious. The dock is wonderful. We made friends with the neighbors on each side and met some cool folks from right across the cove. We even reunited a dog with her owner who had been on the loose for over five hours! Love this home and location!

This is our second year staying here and we really enjoy the property. Well kept and modern. Plenty of amenities and a quiet neighborhood.

The home and the location was great as well as the communication at the start of the vacation. However, when a problem arose the tv's were not working properly and I was not able to reach anyone to resolve the problems throughout my stay by phone nor by text.

Very lovely, spacious and comfortable home, well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the fire pit and quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Would rent again if we needed to be in that area.

Our family after 2 years of being separated for the holidays wanted to come together to celebrate Christmas & my grandson's 7th birthday. I suggested several homes to my mom & while I really liked this one, I ultimately allowed my mom to choose. She chose this one. This was the perfect home for us. The home was clean, spacious & accommodating for all ages. All bedrooms were spacious, 2 kitchens, and a large deck. I can't tell you how hard it was to leave. Everyone said how this home was perfect for our family get away. Neighbors were friendly. You can't go wrong with this home, I promise. Only down side is that the market or other stores about 15-20 drive. But even that was ok. I would definitely recommend this home!

The pictures do no justice to the magnitude of space and cleanliness of this home. The home was spotless and kitchen was adorned with the necessities. We were extremely comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We would stay again.

This place is really nice. Everything was incredibly calm and relaxing. It’s a wonderful, waterfront location. The house is spacious and very clean. We were a bit thrown off to find out that they don’t offer sheets or towels. This was not, but should have been mentioned during the initial view of the property. All four adults at our stay are avid VRBO users and had never run into that before. Otherwise, this was a really great place to stay and is highly recommended.

The home is spacious and clean. The neighborhood and cove are quiet. The neighbors on either side a super friendly. The kitchen is well appointed. If you have folding chairs bring them as there aren’t many at the dock. The dock is nice, plenty of shade but sunny areas are available. The cove is a no wake zone so that’s a big plus for us! Over all, we enjoyed the house and would rent again in the future!

House is much bigger than the pictures. Dock is great for water access. Strongly recommend renting boats and going out on the lake. The house is big and you feel like you have privacy from others. Thanks for a great weekend!

Definitely would be using very again

This house is very nice and spacious. Plenty of room for my family to spread out. Water at the dock was not too shallow and was free of grass and debris, so we enjoyed floating. Very easy, short walk from the house to the dock.

We had a great time at this lakefront home. It had plenty of space to accommodate 4 families. It was fully stocked and had everything we needed. We brought our boat and we were mostly out on the lake cruising and swimming but on the down times, there were plenty of things to do at the house such as the pool table, foosball, toys for little kids like the marble slide and rocking horse. We also did a bonfire and roasted marshmallows. For future renters with boats, the community boat ramp was tricky. It was old and we weren’t able to launch our boat there so we had to use Hawtree Creek public boat ramp which was about 15 min away. It didn’t really dampen our trip and Pam had given us a heads up about it. Thanks again for letting us stay in your home, Pam. We’d love to come back in the future!

The view was amazing, it was well stocked for everything we needed. The pictures don’t do it justice, the house is HUGE. Overall an amazing experience and plan to rent again in the future!

This was the perfect little getaway for New Year’s. We had a great time playing lots of board games that we brought and using the pool table in the house. The one excursion we had was to Rosemont Vineyard, which was not far away and so much fun. We hope we can come back in the summertime to enjoy the lake!

This property was just what we needed to reconnect with family as we shared the joy of the Christmas holiday. The location was great and very beautiful. The home was very clean and spacious. The large dining table and seating at the kitchen bar were perfect for family meals. While it was a bit too cold to hang out outside, it is easy to see that in the warmer months, the property would not just provide the perfect environment for family fun in the home but outside as well. My family is already talking about staying again next year.

All in all a nice property in a great location that provided a relaxing time. Plenty of room for our family and well stocked for our getaway. We enjoyed our stay!

This was the perfect property to get away, spend time with friends and family and go fishing! Each family had their own floor of the house and it was the perfect set up! The ramp in the garage was perfect for the wheel chair and the dock access was a dream. I can’t wait to return!

Everything seems clean, which was very important to us. The silverware was a bit sticky - but I ran them through the dishwasher. Just for the owners information. Some of the windows in each room were unlocked. When we found out one was unlocked we went around and locked all those that were unlocked. We have our own construction company and noticed the windows in the porch still have the black packaging clips on them. We loved our time at the lake - we caught many fish and had a fantastic time around the fire pit. We collected lots of memories and will treasure our time at Lake Gaston. Thank you

The location is good and the house is sizeable with a lot of potential. I would not rate cleanliness to be top notch, as there were hairs and other unpleasant conditions if the downstairs bathroom and we had to clean mouse feces from the pantry immediately upon arrival. I would expect a clean house upon arrival, if cleaning protocols are in place. Would also recommend taking pictures upon arrival of furniture placement, as we were told that we moved items and failed to return them to their proper location, which was not the case.

We enjoyed our weekend getaway. We had a great time swimming and tubing so close to the house. The kitchen was very nice for all of our cooking needs. We had an awesome time touring around Lake Gaston on a pontoon boat that we rented for the day.

We had a great time staying in the house. Very spacious/plenty of room. It was cool having a kitchen on both floors. Loved the private dock that we were able to bring our boat to for the weekend. Would definitely recommend! It’s a little far from restaurants/stores so I would say to come with groceries, but easy to get to restaurants on the water by boat!
