Although the condo is compact, it has plenty of beds and everything (minus the dining table) necessary for a pleasant stay. The underground parking and indoor entry was nice in case of bad weather. The shared rec room, indoor pool, spa and sauna were nice. The condo is a short drive to the ski slopes (free parking). We enjoyed our stay and the price was good.

check-in should be easy because everything is on your cell phone the day of your arrival. Unfortunately, my cell phone was not working properly that day so I didn't know the directions, the apartment number or the door code. I contacted VRBO and a representative was very helpful. He gave me all I needed but just in case sent all the instructions to my brother's cell phone and we got in The 1 bedroom condo was perfect for the 2 of us and the skiing was great. Thanks VRBO.

Everything was fine except not having a dining room table to eat at or to play games on. Picture in the ad showed they had one but it wasn't there when we arrived. Covered parking was a nice bonus and I drive a big extended cab truck yet it still fit (barely) in the garage. The location is great for skiing. We wouldn't have selected this place if we had known there wasn't a table. Hosts sent regular communications but it is darn hard (nearly impossible) for you to reach them if you need to.

The condo was clean right across from pool, hottub. All amenities, dishes, cookware available. Shuttle to ski areas met/dropped off right outside entrance door. Never skiied Brian Head before. No crowds excellent runs. Was blessed with over a foot of snow over the week. Will come again. Highly recommend.

This condo complex is definitely dated, but the price was unbeatable, especially during the Annular Solar Eclipse of 2023! While most hotels and motels were incredibly overpriced, this VRBO property made my entire trip carefree. I was happy to enjoy Cedar Breaks (just 4 miles down the road) or wander the local area, then relax each evening with a wood-burning fireplace. Next time, I would bring my own groceries, as both Apple Annie's next door and the General Store down the road had very high prices. It was nice to be able to walk across the street for a hassle-free hot dinner at Black Diamond (also expensive), but I could splurge on one meal since my condo was so affordable.

There is no dining table and only 2 chairs. Large pieces of baseboard missing. This condo has NOT been recently renovated, except maybe flooring. Tried contacting owner via VRBO and cell as instructed, only received pre-recorded response and never a direct answer. Would not recommend or stay again

Great price and location. Super convenient with the shuttle. I pull up next to the outside the steps temporarily to unload the car to save 1/2 flight of stairs which is helpful at 9500ft. Now if there’s more stainless steel pots it’ll be perfect. Recent guest must of ruined the dining table as it’s disappeared, please have it replaced soon.

We had such a wonderful stay! It is so rare that you stay away from home and LOVE the bed that you are in! The main bed was SUPER comfy!! Great night's sleep! Kitchen had everything that we needed. Check in was super easy. Great location! We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool after skiing each evening. The bus transportation to the slopes was nice and the garage parking was also very convenient and nice, especially in the blizzard that we had. We loved our time at this place and would definitely stay again!

This was our first time here at Brian Head. The condo was very easy to find, near the ski slope but we didn’t see the garage parking at first, went pass it, had to made a u turn and asked the information from the guests who stayed there too. Inside the garage parking was kinda dirty (dog poops on the ground) and the parking were limited. We planned to go to our friends’ place nearby but had to cancel since we didn’t want to come back with no inside parking and had to park outside in the snow. The room itself wasn’t bad at all, fit 4 people. The bunk bed on the top was kinda shaky but my son managed to sleep up there anyway. The bathroom was pretty small but ok though. We loved the queen bed mattress, very comfortable and warm blankets. We brought our own shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, body wash, lotion, etc., so didn’t have to use anything there. Overall, it wasn’t bad at all, would probably come back again but would appreciate it if inside the parking is more cleaner and provides more parking spaces, not first come first serve, thank you.

Great place for a stay in brian head

The unit itself was perfect, had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Great beds and pool area. The complex itself is a little dated and could use a refresh in the hallways. Having covered parking was a huge bonus too. We enjoyed out stay!

Great location, very close to the ski resort and has access to spa/sauna which was very helpful after being on the mountain all day. Host had great communication

The add says everything included to cook in kitchen. The pits and one small fry pan we’re discussing. You could have gotten better ones at the thrift store. Utensils were very old. Not enough t silverware. No scribbles to clean up dishes. Nice fridge and microwave. Stove is very outdated and old. Bed was nice, TV was nice. Main heater did not work so we used the electric plug in one to stay warm. We were to nervous to start a log fire. The snowmobiling was amazing. We would stay here again but would hope these simple things would be addressed!!

The location is amazing! The covered parking was so nice on a snowy day and the kitchen is extremely well stocked. We loved it, would stay again.

We had no issues. Everything was as advertised and we had a great ski trip.

The place was cheap but that was because if was a low-demand weekday. There's a huge difference between what is advertised and what you get. The basic amenities were acceptable (1 adult bed, 1 bunk bed, table, chairs). Proximity to slopes. It is VERY close. When we pulled into the resort, my kids said we could have just walked. Bathroom. One tiny hotel-size wafer soap bar for three people for two days. There were plenty of towels for everyone. Coffee. Advertised that the kitchen was recently stocked. Coffee maker appeared functional. Coffee filters were provided. But THERE WAS NO COFFEE. Heat. Advertised the fireplace with wood on the balcony. THERE WAS NO WOOD. The baseboard heater was out of order. The wall heater did not function. There was an electric heater which did work. Internet. Shared internet for the entire complex (about 20 units). There was NOT ENOUGH BANDWIDTH to stream a movie on Netflix. There's enough bandwidth to watch YouTube with low resolution. My speed test showed 10 MB downstream on a good day and 2 MB downstream on a bad day. Upstream is less than 1 MB. The Roku television operated fine except for the streaming part. Club House. The club house was across the parking lot, and it was a dump. The pool table and ping pong table are both dilapidated. The swimming pool appeared okay, but we didn't swim. We only wanted to use the jacuzzi. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was OUT OF ORDER. It clearly had been out of order for some time and will probably be out of order for a few more months. This should not be advertised as an amenity. Parking. Plenty of underground covered parking, but it was a low-demand time. It's supposed to be first come/first serve, but for our stay, it was fine. Note that there are two buildings which look the same at night. You won't see the "A" or "B" when it's dark, so you may end up going to the wrong building like we did because we arrived at night. Both buildings had plenty of parking. Guest expectations. Guests are expected to do the dishes and take out trash. After reading about all the amenities in the guest binder (firewood, pantry, club house, etc.), and realizing how incorrect everything was, I was in no mood to abide by the "cleaning" request since none of the other guidelines applied. In addition, I paid a cleaning fee. What is the cleaning fee for? Overall, the place was a major let down for what was advertised.

We loved this little condo! It was super clean (the linens smelled amazing), the property managers gave excellent instructions, we had everything we needed, and the location of the condo was perfect. It was on the first floor and was the first door you see when you come up from the parking garage. Also, the indoor/heated parking garage was a huge plus. The clubhouse was another great perk. This condo was located near all the fun activities and we definitely want to come back again!

This property is very quaint and in a lovely location. It overlooks the ski slopes and was very beautiful with all the fall colors coming in. The clubhouse has an awesome pool, sauna and hot tub that are in great shape. It also has an older ping pong set, billiard table, and foozball, which were a lot of fun. The property is a little old, but everything works very well and the fireplace and remote setting were very relaxing.

Nice place. There was a problem with check-in details (probably VRBO's fault). But the host was very helpful and solved the issue immediately.

This is a great unit. Has literally everything you need. Loved the bullet to blend smoothies. The bed was the best part, the most comfortable bed. It even has a bidet, a welcomed luxury. Nice wood flooring, no carpet is definitely better. There’s also a nice chaise lounge chair, I love chaise loungers. As some noted, no AC but a fan is provided. It was all that was needed to keep cool. Worked perfectly by the window. Loved that there is a fireplace and a standing infrared heater. Dishwasher was an excellent plus. Most units do not have dishwashers or stove oven. Good full-size fridge. It took a few days for fridge to get a little cooler, we just used the freezer top shelf to keep items cold. There were more than plenty of towels galore. Lots of shampoos and soaps too. The unit was also impressively super clean. Excellent job on cleaning staff. Some things are updated but all the extras more than make up for it. The bed is a huge plus. Unit has lots to offer and worth a stay, an excellent price for our stay.

Property in dire need of renovation and tlc

Nice place. Clean, but a little old and tired. Could use a fresh coat of paint on the walls. Glad to see it had a bidet. Had to figure out how to use the Roku TV correctly. Great location. Enjoyed our stay.

High altitude sickness contributed to our confusion in trying to find the place. It was quiet. There was lots of beds. I loved the smell of the pillows. It was fun to meet the neighborhood deer. Her name is Thunder. High altitude sickness is a real thing. If you aren't going to stay up at the condo for long period of time then high altitude sickeness will get to you.

needs up grade

We did a quick getaway weekend and we loved how cozy this condo was. Perfect for my husband and 2 teens. Clubhouse had several activities so that was fun to get teens off their phones and engaged with us. Grocery/shops just around the complex and street so that was nice to have close.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo at Brian Head ski resort. The condo is clean and they have a book with all of the information about the area and the resort. We enjoyed the spa and playing pool. The swimming pool and hot tub were not working at the time but that was totally fine. We understand that sometimes things need repairs. My wife really enjoyed the fireplace. Great place to stay!
