Tropical Beach Front Paradise
Nuestra propiedad es una hermosa y bien cuidada casa frente al mar. We have stayed at Chads and Joyces property for the past 5 years. Pictures dont do justices. This house is directly on the beach. Spacious house. The Beach does NOT get crowded at this location. Owner is very quick to respond if there is any issue.

I would definitely recommend this place! My family loved this charming house and we all said we would love to come back again. If, you're looking for a nice relaxing getaway with the family, this is the place for you . You are steps away from the beach to, which is pretty quiet where this house is located away from all the crowds tucked away from all the traffic. This place has a fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The beds were super comfortable too! Hosts were very responsive.

Our vacation was wonderful with plenty of room for our family of 5. The view was amazing and beach access was perfect, so nice to be right on the beach! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed (linens, bath towels, laundry, parking)
I thought there was an outside shower, but there was a hose which was great for chairs and feet.

We have rented this home several times and have always been pleased. It is well supplied and the new deck is great! The owner responded quickly to a swarm of bees. No stings, No complaints.

Great location directly on the beach. They had put on a new porch and steps down to the beach. They are still redoing the dunes after the 2022 hurricanes but no issues with beach access. A lovely home, well stocked with new plates, silerwear, glasses, and pots and pans which is a plus because most places we have stayed have had old scratched up none usable pots and pans. The owner was great to communicate with and we had a great stay.

This house was perfect in terms of size for our party and location right on the quiet area of the beach! We had a wonderful time once we were able to overlook a few issues. The house is amazing, very comfortable and an awesome large front deck, however it is in serious need of a thorough deep clean. Visible floors, counters, sinks and baths were all clean, however, anything above eye level was covered in thick dust and dirt. One of the beds had dirty sheets. While searching for a misplaced item we had to look under a couple beds and the floor was disgusting…thick dirt, lost items and food. The worst were the roaches, I know it’s Florida but the place was infested. We killed many and found many others belly up. Fortunately we were all able to make the best of it and enjoyed our beach vacation, but I won’t be returning to this property unless I’m assured the cleanliness has been remedied.

Our family of four stayed at this home for a week in early October while visiting relatives in Daytona and had a great experience. The home is located in Wilbur by the Sea which is just south of Daytona Beach. This is a very quiet and quant area with easy access to all of the restaurants and amenities of Daytona, but without the crowds and congestion.
The home is tucked away behind a fence and vegetation which makes it very private. The home was clean with plenty of space for us and the kitchen was well equipped (we cook a lot). The entire back of the house is windows so the views of the ocean are great. There is a large deck in the back that overlooks the ocean with steps for direct access to the beach, and a convenient hose to spray off the sand when you return. There are beach chairs for you to use as well as beach toys for the kids. We spent most of our time on the deck and the beach, and were lucky enough to see two rockets launching from Kennedy Space Center right from the back deck.
We highly recommend this property and will be returning on our next visit to the area.

We stayed here the first week in September. The home is beautiful, fully stocked, and well kept up.
The house is feet from the beach. Not a ride on beach which we prefer. This time of year it was very quiet, and we had the beach to ourselves most days! We would recommend snd stay agsin!

Beautiful home, great location and owners were easy to communicate with. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable! The other beds were not as comfortable but a really great home!! Definitely on our list for a return visit!

Wonderful beachfront home with spectacular ocean views. We enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning in the comfort of the large sunroom and the direct beach access in front of the house was great. Thank you for sharing your vacation home.

We had a great stay at this property. The pictures on Vrbo site doesn't capture how wonderful the view from the livingroom is ! The inside of the house is exactly the way pictures show. We were a little worried about beach access because of the huricane damage but we had no problem with the steps to the beach. 65 year old with bad knees and 4 year old navigated the access just fine and managed to stay off the dunes. Chad and Joyce were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Watched dolphins eveyday and saw manatee one day. Hope to get to visit again.

Daytona is our favorite spot and this property was great. Looks like a little ole beach cottage until you get inside. Nicely furnished, plenty of room, nicely stocked and RIGHT on the beach. Owners have invested a bunch since the storm washed most people away. New deck and front sand dunes are still underway but did not detract from the beach setting. I highly recommend this place…Chad was very responsive, kept us apprised of the work being done prior to our arrival.

We needed a place to stay on the water where we could reconnect with the family. Each morning began with an award winning sunrise and crash of the surf. Coffee on the new deck. A long walk on the beach. Four bedrooms. A well equipped kitchen. We literally had NO negative experiences. We will be back. A great week for our family!

We really liked our stay at Joyce and Chad’s place. The view is breathtaking, right on the beach as indicated. Very easy to communicate with the hosts via the app. The place was clean and we had everything we needed in the house. The sunrises are just crazy beautiful. We saw dolphins right in front of the house one morning.

Had a great stay at the house for a weekend to weekend visit. Right on the beach (steps away) that was exactly what we desired. Quick and easy access to the ocean, had a great view of the Falcon shuttle launch and even had one of the sea turtle nests hatch on our last Saturday (that had a lot of activity going on too). Overall, would definitely go back to stay there again!

Such a wonderful trip
This was our second trip to Joyce’s home. It was just as wonderful as the first time. The view is amazing, the house is beautiful and well stocked, the beach is clean and private, and we made lots of wonderful memories! Joyce is a wonderful host and we hope to come back to her home again soon!

Wonderful beach home.
Our family stayed at this beachfront home in April. The online photos didn’t do it justice. We had a great experience and the owner/manager was great to work with. We plan to stay there again.

Simply amazing!
Loved this property and the location. The house had everything we could possibly need. Rooms were a good size and everyone had their own privacy. Beach was right there, like just walk out the door onto the beach. Already planning our next trip!

Perfect Location
My family and I enjoyed the privacy of this location. The house feels hidden from other houses nearby (lots of natural vegetation/privacy fence). The views are the best!! I enjoyed waking each morning and watching the sunrise and dolphins from the deck. Our first evening we saw baby turtles hatching and heading out to sea. The beach was never crowded which was surprising in August.
The house has breathtaking views of the ocean. The kitchen has all the essentials and there's plenty of bedding and towels.
Upon checking out I reached out to Joyce and she promptly responded. I also brought to her attention a few things that needed attention and she was responsive. She even let me know several days after leaving that the items I brought to her attention have been addressed.
If we return to this area again we will be returning to this house!

Great quiet location
Loved the home. Pictures and description were perfect. Great location-quiet beach but close to many different activities and restaurants. Loved the cabinet with all the info about things to do. The owner was responsive and easy to reach the couple of times we needed to communicate.

Beach Bash
This was our 2nd time staying at this beautiful home. We love it! Great location and all needs were met within the house. We had one hiccup with door and the owner quickly had it resolved.

A true home away from home!
This beach house is wonderful on so many levels! We love that it is all on one level - no stairs once inside the house! The location is perfect! Not secluded, but very private. The deck overlooking the ocean is amazing! By mid afternoon, you can choose sun or shade! The house is clean, the owner was amazing to work with, and we had the beach all to ourselves most of the time. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

Just steps to serenity
After the year it’s been we were looking for a relaxing getaway away from crowds. This property looked perfect for us and it did not disappoint. Honestly one of the most relaxing trips I’ve ever been on during a time we really needed the vacation.
Amazing views right from the living room and deck. We spent all day out on the beach with few other people around, we practically had it to ourselve!. My husband and 13 year old daughter boogie boarded every day and had a blast. And even I got myself in there a few times.
Also took a day trip to Disneyworld and spent an afternoon Parasailing. In the evenings we either ate in or found an outdoor restaurant on the ponce inlet. A really wonderful vacation l, we were in heaven for an entire week.

Rental
We had a terrible time getting a key. The key code for the door did not work.. The response from the property owner took forever. After being able to access the property via the neighbor with a key the neighbor came and took their key the day before we left so we were unable to lock our things up that evening when we went out. Thw outside had busted beer bottles over the railing. The inside had trash shoved into the furniture and underneath. Towels were put away wet. We won't be staying at this rental again.

Beautiful Beach House!!
Our family of 8 loves this house for our Easter break getaway! The ocean views were amazing, the house layout is spacious with ample room for all! We loved the large deck space leading to the private beach front! We had many wonderful memories made here and would love to return!!

Mold and cobwebs in guest bathroom, dishes were filthy, drawers in kitchen were loaded with crumbs and sauces, bathroom towels were stained, patio furniture was incredibly uncomfortable, outside shower didn’t have a knob, path to beach had loose boards and TV in master didn’t work. The home is outdated and needs a total overhaul. I hate leaving a rating like this but others need to know that it’s clearly not a 5 star. My daughter has stayed in many hostels, none of which were as dirty as this home. We washed all kitchen utensils before using them, purchased towels, a clean blanket, paper utensils and beach chairs which helped to make us feel more comfortable.

Great location
Great view and nice beach. We are active seniors, early 70’s, and this met all our needs and we are headed back next year! The owner and her son were very responsive and made things easy.

Daytona 500 Vacation
The property is in a quiet area, with a beautiful view of the beach!!! Being able to just walk down to the beach an a relax, along with a short ride to anything you need, was perfect!!

Terrific vacation home!
Our trip was perfect! Joyce was an incredible host. She was quick to answer any questions we had. The house was very well stocked... there was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. The house is spacious and clean. The beach was nearly private... which was a breath of fresh air from some of the other beaches we have stayed at in the past. We would absolutely recommend Joyce’s house and will most certainly be back to visit!
