How close it is to where my family was visiting.

Loud neighbors. Water changed temperature to cold or hot while showering. I couldn't change the temperature in our room, so my family was cold and had to bundle up on our second night. Some blankets were dirty.

The location was nice, the gated community was nice.

We got bit up by bedbugs. The lighting in the bathroom is dark. They advertise a sleeper sofa which was not. The knob in the tub was hard to get hot water.

had to meet the representative host to collect the keys closeby. she was waiting in a car.

the curtains did not close properly as they were damaged during the previous stay before us. So we had light in our room during the night and privacy issues as people could look inside the room from the hallway. The representative host put cloth on the window, but that only helped at least that we had some partily privacy.

Very accessible to attractions especially around Hollywood Blvd., Beverly Hills, Rodeo Dr. and more. It was a good walk to Hollywood Blvd. Loved the private parking though.

The shower is a little bit outdated and The turn on knob is a bit hard to pull. It needs update and maintenance also for the A/C because the water was dripping from the ceiling and we had to put a pan on the floor for the water drip. Need to throw away pots & pans and replace it because they are very old & filthy seems unhealthy to use. Also need to wash or replace bed sheets, bed cover, pillow cases they look old & not too clean.

everything was kinda broken somehow. And me and my friends came back with several bed bug bites that stayed for a week later

Location is great, can walk to Hollywood walk of fame, beds were clean and prefer apartment to hotels.

The furniture was terrible and don't match the photos on the website. They put items that look like what are on the website but with poor quality.

The water system so bad. The hot water is unstable. The room is dusty.

it was close to shops and restaurants and was able to drive not to far for sightseeing . I also loved the fact they worked with us to get an early check in

it’s a small thing but I wish they would change the shower head, the shower was very slow almost felt like it wasn’t running at times

I had to collect the keys across the street in another building

I had no hot water to take a shower, they turned off the hot water for two hours without giving notice. There was a buzzing noise coming from the elevator next to the apartment that the maintenance guy was not able to fix, the front door lock was was loose, so the door was not secure. They came out to replace the screws but it was still faulty and I was bit by bed either bed bugs or a a spider on my arm, legs and head.

Great location for all things Hollywood; walking Runyon Canyon, people watching, shopping, eating, exploring, Hollywood Bowl. No need for a car for all local attractions.

Upstairs renter was a bit heavy footed, front door lock needs adjusting. Not a lot of natural light. Guests don’t get to use the pool. Location out ways the negatives.
