Agradable aspecto 2bed Apt, excelente ubicación para viajar a Nueva York. Parada de autobús a una cuadra de distancia. Este apartamento fue recientemente renovado y decorado profesionalmente para que su estancia sea agradable y con estilo. El dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio en el primer dormitorio, una cama de matrimonio en el segundo dormitorio, llena de espacio de guardarropas, en la sala de estar hay un sofá cama completo. TV wifi, una cocina completamente equipada. Ascensor y lavadero en zona común. También ofrecemos estacionamiento privado por una tarifa diaria.

Family of 5. Apartment is very clean and updated. Adequate sleeping spaces, bathroom small but typical and expected of these buildings, kitchen well equipped, no TV in living room but 1 in each bedroom. Central heating worked well and warmed up the apartment adequately in the very cold December days. We stayed on the 5th floor and there is a lift which is convenient for lots of luggage.
Plenty of clean, fresh linen provided and communication with host was very easy.
Neighbourhood seemed safe and clean with Food Bazaar supermarket a few minutes walk away.
Bus to NY Port Authority Terminal (which leaves you in centre on NY near Times Square) leaves every few minutes from outside apartment across the road. It costs $US4 per person one way and needs to be paid in cash only.
Would recommend this place as it is a much more economical option to accomodation in NY.

Went to the eagles giants game and this place comfortably slept 6 people, less than a 10 min drive to the stadium, and the host was very communicative and clear about instructions and fast to answer any questions we had, 10/10

The unit was perfect for myself and 4 family members. We stayed 4 nights and the space was perfect. The location could not have been better with the bus stop directly across the street from the building and plenty of stores/restaurants within walking distance. Claudia, the host, was amazing from the time I booked the unit to the day I checked out - she was very quick to respond to all of our questions and needs and gave us great information about the neighborhood as well as how to travel between NJ and NYC. We will definitely be back!

Lovely 2-bedroom apartment with small kitchen, bathroom, and pull-out couch in the living area. Everything was clean and inviting. Just a few minutes from the Lincoln Tunnel; large grocery store as well as small neighborhood stores and restaurants in walking distance. Lot parking available for extra fee - very easy access. Claudia was super helpful, very responsive to all our needs and questions. Bonus: beautiful sunset over New Jersey out the kitchen window ;) Would definitely book this again for our next trip to NYC.

Awesome place!
Definitely will be staying again close to visit our family. Everything we want and needed was in walking distance to us and the apartment was very clean and spacious which you don’t find very often in Jersey!!!! WE LOVE IT AND WILL BE BACK.

We were in town for the Army Navy football game at Met Life stadium. This apartment was a short Uber ride to the stadium. The unit was clean and met all our needs for our stay. The location was convenient to grocery shopping and restaurants. For being in a busy area, it was generally quiet.

The Pictures are Exact...as about the building
Claudia is an AMAZING Host and her property, inside the apartment, is exactly as she describes. Be advised that the building is not secured so guests must be comfortable with lived in public spaces. The best parking is on the street. Make sure to stop at the parking meter to get a nightly pass (I used the one in front of the Dunkin' Donuts close by). The neighborhood has local shops and services that are helpful during an extended stay. There is a party place behind the apartment but the music did not bother me at all. There is ample closet space, air conditioners worked very well and there are space heaters available if you need to warm up your rooms. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a clean and convenient space, close to the city, that isn't particular about the spaces outside of their apartment.

Mala experiencia
En el apto habia un raton, en la mitad de la estadia nos tuvimos que cambiar por el raton, era terrible convivir con este animal, hasta ese momento la atencion con el host era bueno pero cuando termine la estadia recibi un mensaje del host en un tono grosero indicando cosas que no eran verdad, como que yo me habia llevado una sabana y que habia manchado otras (no es cierto, asi se recibieron) que me iban a cobrar el monto que porque tenian que tirar las sabanas y las politicas de vrtbo no permitía ese estado (pero asi me lo entregaron a mi) y supongo que vrtbo en sus politicas no permite ratones. La verdad una mala experiencia

Apartment is good for price. Not far from NYC, about 15-20 minutes. Private parking is a plus, we used garage for 1 car that you can lock up so your car isn’t out in the open. Claudia is very reliable and answered our every question within minutes!

Highly recommend
We had a great stay at this location. It was clean, safe, felt cosy and well furnished. It is also close to groceries and restaurants. The trip to New York City is the easiest with the bus stop right in front. Have some cash on you and be in NYC in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend !

The elevator did not work during our stay which was a pain for a 5th floor unit, however we did not bring this up with the owner. I initially got confused about where to park and Claudia was very responsive in helping me figure it out.

This property is in a great neighborhood with stores and restaurants nearby. It is a short ride into the city, super clean, and very affordable.
The hostess was easy to reach and accommodating.

Wonderful little property. Easy access to grocery stores. Quick Uber to the Path. Clean and was perfect for a weekend with my adult sons. Only issue was there were no blankets for the sofa bed. Good thing my son is military...he adapted well.
